We found Hamid and is staff to be very friendly, professional & courteous. We appreciated Hamid’s excellent communication & prompt responses, as well as being punctual. Great installation and demo of the new thermostat, and cleaned up after install. The unit is working well and keeps our home at a constant comfort temperature. A fantastic experience! Highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome - we found our go-to for HVAC and hot water! I decided to get a 2nd opinion when our less than 2 year old furnace stopped working properly and found Ariana heating through google. When Nick arrived he pointed out several glaring installation issues very quickly... our 2-stage furnace was only hooked up as a 1-stage and the gas pressures running through it were way too high and tripping the system, and our smart thermostat wasn't hooked up properly. Nick was honest, friendly, and explained everything. As much as I would love to keep Ariana "my little secret" I would rather see others also benefit from their service so you don't end up with the 'other guys' like we did initially.

We put in a request yesterday for heating issues with our heating furnace and Hamid responded in a timely manner, answered all our preliminary questions/concerns, and decided to book with Ariana.
From their email confirmation with Nicholas (technician) coming the following morning, the entire process from arrival of Nicholas listening to our concerns, identifying the issues, figuring out what the problem source and fix it was effortless. There were a few moving parts, but he was able to explain this to us after he problem solved all items and fixed our heating issues.
The best part of our experience was Nicholas taking the time to figure out what the issue was - which put ease in our hearts that we chose the right company to service our heating needs.
Thanks again for coming and look forward to spreading the word those that need a heating/air company that takes care of their clients!

Hamid has always done excellent work at reasonable prices and explains the work in detail. He and his team installed a new boiler system in our home recently and the work was flawless. They are respectable of our home, leave the place spotless and are always prompt and friendly. They take great pride in their workmanship and it shows. We have the nicest looking boiler on the block and it works great! I have no hesitation recommending Ariana Heating for any HVAC. They clearly know their stuff.

Hamid is very patient and listens to my questions and concerns and went through all options in details for me to make my decision. There was no pressure at all and he provided me with the information I need to make a decision. On the installation day, Hamid and his team performed the work efficiently while respecting my home. At the end of the installation, they cleaned up the area. I am very satisfied with how Hamid treats his customers and the attention to details when it comes to the work. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hamid and Nick installed 2 split AC and a heat pump at my home today. I'd give them 5 stars but they messed up the installation of one split AC. Even though I said the cable should be near the board Hamid said it could be anywhere. So he cut a huge chunk of the drywall only to find out it was where I mentioned.
Ideally he should cut an area smaller than the split ac size in the dry wall so that it goes behind the ac and is not visible. Moreover he broke the area of the drywall which is outside of AC and made it harder to patch now.
