★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered crispy chicken wrap today, and received a bunch of lettuce and a little bit of chicken. This wrap is supposed to be with salad, not lettuce. Definitely not coming back. I guess it was lack of training or careless employees. Anyway hope you guys would do better one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give a zero, the person was scratching his head and picking it out of his nails while taking my order. Took him double amount of time to take my order cause of that. Was really gross. The guy holding my wraps just stood there holding my bag. Not calling it or anything. Looked like he was thinking about other stuff. Then finally grabbed a napkin and called it out. Every Tims is disapointing but this is just sad. 7 people working drive thru ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge 8 dollars for three tiny chicken strips. Ran out of chicken noodle soup always. They are super tiny and total rip off. The girl working at the drive thru is way too slow to be working there super unhappy and ridiculous service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly workers. Very consistent quality in food. My favourite Tim Hortons by far. One of the window ladies, Kiylaya specifically has helped me many a times and always with a smile on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite Tim's of all. The staff are great and what i really noticed is how clean it has been in the last 6 months, it's by far the cleanest I've ever seen, cleaning person needs a raise. Keep up the great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far, the best TH I visit (and I do so regularly). The weekday morning staff are always friendly, very helpful and I like that they remember us well. They also are really good at keeping the line moving in the drive-thru which is important when you're on your way to work and time is a consideration.
