The staff don't seem to be very welcoming.
It can make you feel quite uncomfortable when ask for any assistance, which ends up being quite often seeing how there is never any prices on their products.

He pinpointed exactly what I needed and explained why I needed it. You can definitely tell he practices what he preach! Even gave me some work out tips too! Thanks Marlo!

I make the trip out from Langley just to visit him specifically due to his intense level of product knowledge. He's awesome and being able to tailor products to your specific fitness goals etc. You gotta check him out!

I was looking to buy a new protein powder and was having a hard time choosing which flavour and brand I should get, one of the workers there who I thinks name was Rhys was very friendly and helped me choose the right protein. A+ for customer service rhys! I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in need for more supplements
