I recently discovered Enerex Black Seed Oil at my local Choices market. I took a look at their leaflet, bought 3 large bottles to try out and so far I find the taste tolerable. First time, it tasted strong peppery to me but on the 3rd time I could hardy taste anything. I personally have not felt any significant benefits from it since I only just started in the past 3 weeks. But I had my mom on it as replacement of her Statin chloesterol drug which was giving her side effect of lower limb swellingness, joint stiffness and leg muscle cramps on daily basis for years. Since then, I've noticed dramatic mobility improvement, no more uncontrollable leg cramps during the day and no more swollen feet resulting in her in happier mood. I can't be sure it is all due to black seed oil as she still visits chiropractor regularly and began doing simple exercises daily. But honestly, to watch her suffer swollen feet, stiff joints and muscle leg cramps for years suddenly disappear in 3 weeks is amazing in my view! FYI, my mom is in her 80s. Needless to say, she loves taking her black seed oil and reminds me to take it everyday. I've also introduced it to my brothers to see if it will help them with growing lushful hair and glowing skin. They too are liking it a lot. It is so nice to find a manufacturer local within my province, located in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. This gave me more confidence that I am buying for the real deal and not some inferior product. Next time I plan on purchasing larger quantity as I could see myself using it as moisturizer and/or massage oil. Price wise, it could seem expensive but given it is all natural without side effects and it keeps my mom stay mobility free and happy, it is money well spent to me. Tip: The oil can spill of the rim of the bottle whenever pouring onto a spoon creating a big mess and wastage. So what I did was I repackage the content into three 60ml dropper bottles for easy handling by my family members. Take 2 dropper full is equivalent to 1/2 tsp. No more precious spills. Love it!

Energy Botanicals offers a free trial of the product you choose. I tried a few sample and was impressed with samples but it wasn't enough to give a more specific review of the effects. Will buy more to get the full experience.
