★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their vinyl decking doesn't last. It will prematurely crack and wear out and then it will start leaking everywhere. Then you will need to re-do your whole porch - just like I am doing now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased this product from Home Depot and and followed the instructions regarding mixing well. After mixing vigorously, the liquid turned milky and I applied the first coat to the driveway. The next day, I again mixed the liquid and applied the second coat. Once I reached the bottom of the container, I ended up with a thick mixture of soft lumps and a slurry of white thick liquid. I don't feel I got the full benefit of the expensive product as a result. The folks at home depot told me that the product was stored over the winter in their store and it was normal to have a deposit at the bottom and required vigorous mixing. I am not satisfied with this expensive product and I would not buy it again. Called Ducan Industries to discuss and they never returned my call

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got peeled off after 2 light snow storms - I am from Ontario and purchased 2 containers of Ducan Crystal Cote Natural Look Concrete Sealer 18.9L from Home Depot and I got it home delivered (Shipped directly from BC). I applied 2 coats on my new concrete (3+ months after getting my new concrete properly cured in this last summer). It looked really good. During the rains, I noticed that water was not staying at all on the surface so it looked promising as well. We had 2 light snow storms in last few days and then rain 2 days before and I noticed that coating has started to disappear. As you can see in pictures, it peeled off almost everywhere and is looking so bad. Total waste of money and hard work. This product came from BC and seems like it is not made for Ontario winter/snow so I don't know why this product is being sold by Home Depot in Ontario. See pictures attached
