Hands down, Best service I used in a long time. In less then 48 hours of ordering a Rekluse clutch from British Columbia, It was delivered and installed on my dirtbike in a remote area of Ontario. This is during the worst of covid-19.... 5 stars! Great service.

Utterly the most horrible service I have ever received from a company in my 40 years and I've had my share of awful experiences. There have been unavoidable delays due to myself having to source additional discontinued parts from the U.S. but there have been weeks of additional delays due to the incompetence and negligent behaviors of the service and estimating department. There's next to ZERO communication on their behalf and WEEKS went by where I assumed work was being done and I found out that my parts had been sitting on a shelf collecting dust because the estimating department wasn't sure about whether or not I wanted the power valves removed from the old cylinder and installed in the new one. I had given my Mastercard info and authorized a deposit and assumed they'd get the work under way. I wasn't told the work would be put on hold until I contacted them. This power valve swap would have been done at the end of the job- 4 weeks later. No communication or care on their behalf whatsoever and they knew I was in a mad rush for this work to be done! I was obviously ticked beyond belief when I found out not only had the work not been started but that the wait would now be 4.5 weeks to complete (originally 4 weeks) AFTER three weeks had passed with nothing done! Then comes the finger pointing and reiterating policies and procedures. Why wasn't I made aware of this stuff over the phone? Fill someone in! Tell someone! Send an email?! Anything! Don't let the parts sit for weeks in limbo with no communication on your part just because you're too busy and too proud to admit a mistake! Send your work ANYWHERE but Mongoose!! I literally had them ship my cylinders back to me just to have them re-shipped to Fast Enterprises in Winnipeg. This added time to the overall return of my completed parts but I refused to give Mongoose a dime of my business. Lesson learned!!!

Unbelievable service ! Best parts pricing! Can't beat Mongoose 100 percent customer for life. I am a diesel engine machinist/technician and build engines for a living. Mongoose engines don't blow up. They are a work of art. And I have 2 high end 2 strokes. Sorry 3. That they have built. And all 3 are going just as strong as when I got them. Thanks alot guys ????❤
