Knowing how annoying this situation can be, I went in and told the cashier that I had misplaced the receipt but I do have the date of purchase and rough time estimate the product was purchased, also had the original method of payment that was used including the amount that was spent that day, the cashier called the manager for assistance. The manager tried to help but she seemed frustrated before even helping. During the search she said that she is the only manager on the floor and she can't spend hours looking at the receipt. I understood and told her no problem I can wait, she asked me what else I bought that day and I told her it was a Pink sports bra too, she immediately said she cannot pick out all different kinds of pinks the they carry but I only answered to what she asked. She was still searching but kept denying to find the receipt. She said she will give me a store credit but I was not okay for me and I requested her to search again. She finally found it and processes the return. As a customer I felt unappreciated as other staffs and customers were looking at me In a very weird way like I did something wrong. The manager was not professional and the staff wasn't professional either. This store needs training on customer service for sure. I refuse to shop at this location because it seems like every customer that walks in their door is being judged by the staff. Didn't feel comfortable being in the store.

Long line up at the register, caused by people questioning pricing on the floor. Had they had enough staff on the floor, maybe the place would not be so dirty (sweep the floors!!) and not long line ups to pay. Btw I placed my black robe on the counter to pay and dust bunnies flew everywhere.

I asked one question to the associate and seemed didnt want to be asked or disturbed from tidying up the drawers. Could have engaged more to explain and show some styles for comparison. The other associate at the register was cold. She just did the transaction, gave the bag and no thank you or bye at all. So sad ! Are they losing their human interactions ?
