★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love shopping here, every time I go the employees have been very professional and very helpful. Today I went to buy GC from the store, the girl who helped me was really busy flirting withe the 2 security guards who was work at the mall. She just wanted to get rid of me so she can continue with her flirting. She just hand me the GC with out placing it in an envelope. And when I asked her if she can give an envelope she just give me an attitude. I believe flirting is fine but when u r working for a company one needs to be professional and keep the image of the company .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shocked by the fabulous customer service. everyone was so helpful. I came in with a baby, which always makes shopping difficult, but the ladies were reccomending items for me and bringing me sizes. Can't wait to return next I visit Surrey. so many nice tops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the store on this last Saturday and I was SO Impressed with all the staff and especially the manager. He had a great engaging sense of humour from the moment we walked in the store. When I went to try something on I heard him in the change room helping a man who clearly didn’t know how to Jean shop ( sorry but it’s true). He was so patient and kind and full of advice. Being in customer service myself I am very aware of the rareness of service like this and will definitely by shopping there again every chance I get. You probably made that guys day when he got complemented on his great fitting jeans!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good selection of jeans and other garments. Can find good deals if you look. Generally have my size which is a bit hard to find sometimes. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This woman named sarmi was so rude to me and had an attitude. I asked her for a size and she said that was too big and i needed to lose weight. Told her I would not be shopping here and she said “Good we don’t need fatties like you shopping here .”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive jeans, sometimes reasonably priced shirts if on sale. Personally I find the jeans to usually all be of the same type pretty much. I keep trying, because its in the mall close to me, but I never find anything I like. But I also recognize that not all stores are for everyone. Store is always well organized and clean.

Love the vibes amazing staff, also really great selection for jeans and shirts, I was also really surprised by the size of jeans, I would say that it's a good place to get big boy jeans, a little pricey but for 2 pairs of jeans and a new pullover hoodie for just $130 is a pretty good deal!
