★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to share an interaction I had with Amanda at your Guildford location. I came in with some hair concerns after getting a virtual product consultation and I was going to pick up some products.
Amanda and I got to talking about my hair and she recommended a few different products for me as she could see my hair. She took the time to educate me on these products and how/when to use hair masks that I purchased. She also allowed me to swap out my shampoo/conditioner that was unopened and unused for the new one she recommended even though it was purchased awhile ago, she wrote a note on my account as I didn’t have the product on me and lived closer to Coquitlam Center location, I was able to go in and exchange with no issues.
She went above and beyond when she really didn’t have to as she was the only one on the floor, I really appreciated her time and amazing customer service as it’s so hard to come by good people who truly care about their customers and their concerns.

I told her what I needed and she addressed it and suggested me Repair Me rinse by Kevin Murphy and I love it. Haven't used something that made my hair feel this good. Really appreciate the help!
Edit*: I came in on Boxing Day in the evening to purchase some shampoo and conditioner and the girl who helped me was very patient and kind. She helped me restore the missing points on my account as I shop here often but didn't seem to have any. Big thank you to her and all the staff. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely LOVE coming to this Zennkai to see Natalie! I always look forward to my appointments with Natalie because she makes me leave feeling beautiful and confident. Beforehand, I would always be nervous getting a haircut because I had trust issues with hairstylists. However, I am incredibly happy that I found Natalie because I can literally tell her to do what she thinks is best and I have 100% trust in her. She listens, is patient, gentle (I've had some hairstylists tug my hair), is honest about what she thinks will work for you, and pays attention to details (even after fully blow drying and styling, she'll check to see if everything is even). She's the type of person that isn't working just to sell you on products, she really cares about how you feel and has incredible knowledge about her craft. I know some people can be hesitant about spending $$-$$$ on hair, and I was too in the beginning, but please consider the hard work that these people do and remember that you get what you pay for. For me, I treat my appointments as self-care spa days! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so nervous to try somewhere new, but Sophie was amazing. She listened to me patiently and seemed to know exactly what I wanted. I came with problematic hair that was recovering from damage and recovering hair loss, she was so gentle with my hair and gave me the most natural highlights Ive ever had. Love my hair now! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my daughter in for her first hair cut and Sophie did such an amazing job !! Not just with the cut, but the overall experience. My daughter has refused a haircut for a year ! But Sophie made sure my daughter felt comfortable, and gave her the best salon experience!!
I can’t wait to get my hair coloured by her. She’s professional, kind, and sooo sweet!! Not to mention her work is amazing. I recommend her to everyone and anyone.
