M	Mishael Badili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got Edward and he was really good. I asked for black french tip acrylic nails and he delivered good quality service at a very god price. I have been to other place before and asked for a french and they’ve used gel polish. Edward on the other hand took the time to give me a full powder set, carving the tips into a french shapes and charged me only 60 dollars. Really happy with the service and my nails look great.
m	maan dil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with my friend and we felt rushed. I got an acrylic set with gel, and they came out awful. The nails are very thick, and the shape is terrible. The guy did not take the time to clean under or around my nails either. Im very disappointed, and would never recommend this place to anyone. I would also like to add that they dont seem to take proper precautions when it comes to sanitizing and cleaning the tools, chairs, towels, ect.
e	esther on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $15 to get my acrylic set removed and two of my fingers bled because my real nails broke. Also was pretty painful at one point. They didn't even soak my nails in acetone beforehand they just pluck it off with a fake nail. Definitely not coming back here

When i went to pay the amount was more than i expect. So please let the clients know before, but otherwise she did really good job.

But my second visit was the worst service I’ve ever gotten from any nail shops ever because I was not given the service I deserved. It was December 26th when I got my acrylics done but it was not the same acrylics I showed the nail tech. She was very unprofessional. First she hurt me while she was doing my nails and didn’t bother to say sorry. She was rude to me because my nails were still wet but how was that my problem? She’s the one taking out my hands when all those times I was keeping them in. She made me feel very uncomfortable. She acted annoyed and it was just very unprofessional. After my acrylics was done, it looked like a 9 yr old did it. She looked like she didn’t know what she was doing and quite amateur. She didn’t even say thank you or anything after she finished my nails and all she said was “you’re done” I said thank you at least to be polite but she didn’t bother saying anything at all. At least the front desk was nice enough to thank me and greet me Happy Holidays because that was the only good thing in that place. I will never come back here. And I hope the employees sees this so they can do better doing their jobs.
J	Jen S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here. Terrible customer service. I went to get gel polish removed she used no acetone to soak my nails off. Instead she kept drilling the polish off . Which not only hurt, but she broke my nails. Then she went to tell me natural nails had tends up to crack and I should I get powder on them. Well of course they will if you keep drilling at them. The workers just sit around on there phones and don’t want to help anyone. They keep pushing you off to the next girl. Extremely unprofessional will not be going there.

I’ve never had such the bare minimum treatment. Would never go here again. They also cut my friends toe badly caused her to bleed . But the women are super friendly just wish end result was better.

Staff was not professional and tried to sell manicure etc! I got manicure and Shellac on Jan 8, nail polish didn’t even last a week! I went to get shellac nail polish taken off on Jan 22 (exactly 2 weeks). Staff kept asking me if I had powder on my nails, I told her no just shellac on my natural nails! She asked me the same question multiple times, I even told her why you keep asking me the same question! Then she goes to me, you need manicure, I said I just got it done here 2 weeks ago! Then she asks me how much I paid for the service! I was getting irritated at this point! My nails were getting hot from the machine she was using, I told her that and she didn’t care! She didn’t even take the nail polish off properly and told me that it’s done! My nails were not shaped properly, still has polish on some nails and when I asked if she can put clear nail polish on it! She goes to me if I wanted clear nail polish now? I just told her, I’m done and this has been the worst experience! I told the guy at the front about my experience today and he didn’t seem to care either! I would not even give them 1 star! Just go somewhere else to get your nails done and save yourself the hassle of dealing with bad experience!
