I asked politely are there any more sales associate on the floor because I was there to buy a diamond ring but nope she gave me the attitude instead without even listening ! waited there for 10 minutes to try something but nothing !

J	Jason G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company. Returned an item and they took it back and then they refuse to return the funds. Try telling me it takes 3-4 weeks for a refund. The mgr says its been escalated yet nobody from store or corporate will call you back. They sell you items online when they are out of stock and have no way of filling order. They just give you run around in hopes you will give up and they can keep you money. Easily could have refunded in cash instead and thats to much for them to do too, apparently they cant figure out how to do that either. Save yourself the hassle and pay a few $ more and go buy somewhere else but dont ever waste a dime on this scam of a company they just trying to rob you.

She showed me different rings that would suit my engagement ring and even showed me one that I never would have considered which matched perfectly and I plan to order.

He showed me a case… I said “why are these so small, like children’s?” He said they are but many people still like them, oh and there much cheaper! I never said I was looking for children’s earring or that they needed to be cheap.. he then showed me another case, I wanted to see a pair out if there but he was on the phone. I waited and waited, I then heard him say okay hold on I’ll call you back. Thinking he was going to help me, nope he started helping some one else. I walked out and bought and beautiful a pair of earrings for my mom downstairs at Fibbas. Shouldn’t assume someone wants cheap stuff, maybe ask a price range but definitely don’t assume that.
