Wanted to get a pair of earrings which were on sale and they said they can't sell it for no reason. So I figured it out, it's false advertising. Anyway I am disgusted with such service and their attitude. Please don't waste your time and money.

I've since been given the very same watch for Christmas and went back to get my money back and they refused. So they now have $100 of my money which they tell me can only be used as a credit which I don't want. I just want my money back.

ALSO: Immediately after buying a product they will let you know that it is final sale! Very nice-looking pieces but not worth the risk. I recommend Pandora, Swarovski or Michael Hill which are all located elsewhere in the mall. I will not be returning to this jewelry store in the future.
E	Ezaz Ayub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought a bracelet for my partner on Christmas. Valued at $400 , the bracelet broke on its own the next day in front of alot of people with no activity happening. I had taken it into the manager and she claimed it was under warranty and that she would fix it . As a regular customer here I thought that's fine and I was told to wait a week. After 3 weeks of phone calls I was told the bracelet is in. After wearing it not even an hour it breaks in the same spot. I take it back to the manager again and she claims it's physical damage at this point my partner and I are quite disappointed . She says I'll now have to pay for the damage. I explained to her it's most likely a defect and she says she will contact her district manager. The bracelet was purchased on Christmas it is now February 28th and she promised me a credit for exchange . I called the store before coming and the worker says the manager isn't working the district manager is not in he is scheduled to come in March 11th. They are still holding onto the jewellery and have taken the money . Unfortunately I will have to report this to global News consumer matters. It's almost as if they are just toying with people. I would not recommend this businesses to anyone.
