I have extended warranty where my rings were originally bought but go here for all of my jewelry needs instead as they are the absolute best!! Thank you to the entire team and especially Yani, you guys are amazing!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very pleased with the staff service, quality of work and end result from the Jewelry Clinic! The centre of my wedding ring broke out my ring and was lost. They were exceptional in recreating the original, address all of my concerns and assisted with the paperwork. I also received an appraisal of the ring for my records. Thank you G and staff for putting my favourite piece of jewelry back in order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in to get a solution for my necklace and pendant and the moment I walked in the door, I felt comfortable and the staff was very friendly. A gentleman came from the back and asked to help me and i gave him my jewelry which he was familiar with the brand of and told me to sit and that he would be right back.
7 minute later, he came out with my necklace and made it work how I needed it too! Even though they were busy he took it and did the fix it needed rather than making me come back and pick it up!! He was super friendly and I will only be taking my jewelry here now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé and I were at the Jewellery Clinic last weekend to have my ring re-sized! We received EXCEPTIONAL customer service and the team surpassed our expectations! Most places take at least a few days for the sizing to be completed, but I mentioned to the staff that we were heading out of town and needed the ring for the following day. They made an exception for us and got it done within two hours and it looked amazing! I was told I am special and they sure made me feel that way!
Thank you Jewellery Clinic! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for repairs or resizing!

So easy to work with, collaborate with, and communicate with and will always go out of their way to offer outstanding customer service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from a store in downtown, I was given the option to have the rings sized at an additional cost, the sizing of the rings would be performed by their partnered Goldsmith, as I needed them to be sized, I agreed to have the work done.
After 3 long weeks finally got both rings back from the Goldsmith and at first glance, I was shocked and speechless of the job it was absolutely butchered and words can't describe how mad I was.
I found Jewellery Clinic online so I stopped by after work and explained my situation, as I entered the store I was greeted and welcomed and felt very comfortable to have the rings repaired by them.
I was needing the rings to be repaired, rhodium dipped, and appraised.
Just 2 days later I got confirmation the everything is ready for pick-up. Super fast service!
Once again I was welcomed and treated like a valued customer, The quality work they did was JUST AMAZING!!! The work was perfection, and absolutely stunning.
I would like to thank everyone at Jewellery Clinic for the amazing work you did and the customer service you provide.
