My friends know me as that guy who always pay.
I went to pay my parking, literally a few minutes maybe 5.
Go back to my car to find an $83 ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charge 80 for parking fine on suburb free parking lot? Not pay by 10 days and 120? I dont understand how they can charge this much for parking ticket on a mall lot. There gotta be rules around how much they can charge it is too much and unreasonable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are rude and insulting. I parked in their lot for 10 minutes and I had not seen the signs. when I came back I didn't see any ticket on my car. After one month they sent a ticket and over
charged me because I had not paid the ticket that doesn't exist. They just sent a photo that showed the ticket was under the wiper but it was just a photo and I had never seen on my car. Be carful and never park your car in this lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is worse & crooked. Ticket that they send me didn’t have their right address on it , it was from surrey location, but they gave their Wrong postal code on it. No indirect or direct contact number for this location stated on notice. I wanted to complain but they have two locations in surrey , & none of it matches too the one is on the notice.
More importantly, ticket that they gave me is in NewWest for 7-eleven parking, states that for their customers only. I did use their store to grab drinks and then I picked up food from restaurant across the street that took me less then 5 minutes. And they gave me ticket. Initially, I was their customer. But whole process took probably 10 minutes . I was aware of parking notice so when I came back I did checked my windshield and there wasn’t any. But after month or so I received a notice for late payment with doubled the ticket amount. The picture I checked online on their website showing ticket on my windshield tucked properly. But when I checked in person that day there wasn’t any. I felt it’s scam. Biggest scam you can ever think of.
Cheap and fraud company Shouldn’t even exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammers. I thought I’m the only one who have problem with this parking company but by checking the comments I realized I’m not the only one. Such a fraud company bagging for money. I was park in my aunts building and that building don’t have visitor card and they know that too but still gave me ticket and when I called them they answered me in the rudest way possible. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely awful business. Predatory practice. Avoid at all cost.
