I applied with Securigaurd Services Ltd. I did not have a security license so the recruiter decided to sponsor me for my BST and I would start working right after I get certified. I started as a liquor store officer and have worked across many other sites. I was in school when i started working here and all the schedulers and the managers were always accommodating, supportive and respectful to the school and personal schedule. Today, 3 1/2 years later, I am the Operations Coordinator for the CBSA – Securiguard detainee transport contract. I have now been working for two years at this role and 3.5 years with the company. REACH - Respect , Empathy , Accountability, Courtesy and Honesty , are the company’s core values and I make sure to contemplate them in my approach towards employees . I see myself growing with the company because there is great opportunity and recognition here. Securiguard’s vision is to be the best at making people feel safe. At Securiguard, staff is inspired to “believe they can make a difference” in everything they do, and that gives me a pat on the shoulder to do better and better every day. The entire team is kind, empathetic like a family . Darcy has set the standards high and we all walk on the path he has carved. I don't know how employees are treated but, I was called for an interview and the HR girl was so unprofessional and rude. She first gave different time for meeting on call and sent link with different time. It's common sense that if you already talked on phone about everything and then, blaming the other person for not checking the email if the time was same. It is not the other person's problem if you'd sent different time. Another thing, instead of accepting the mistake she was rude and I was blamed for her careless behaviour. But, ya considering myself lucky for not being a part of this company.

Sooo cooperative and helpful .. if again I get the chance to work with them then I will definitely work with them in future.
L	Luca Grossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAJOR ISSUES⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️: Lack of professional, lack of understanding towards basic bylaws, Your are hiring literal children with zero training, late response times despite being right beside the office. If I could give zero stars I would! Thanks to the security guard who monitors my building (hub 1) I can no longer happily live in my unit. To start the security guard does not fallow our buildings bylaws that he his hired to enforce, as he does not wear a mask and parks at the entrance of our building blocking cars from being able to enter the building. Recently I requested our securiguard to speak my neighbours about their excess smoking and sound issue. The securiguard did nothing but have a friendly “bro” conversation in Punjabi. My partner who speaks Punjabi translated the conversation for me and basically what was said was “hey bro you know you can’t smoke bro and try to keep it down”.The securiguard then decided to hint to my neighbours I was the one who reported them. Now my neighbours have confronted me in the hallway demanding a apology for there wrong actions and there behaviour has only gotten worse. These neighbours bully everyone on our floor and now they are vengeful in doing so. This is by far the worst security service you can purchase. If you want to hire a grown man child to come solve your issues securiguard is the option! Make sure that you remember they will only make your situation worse.
