Unfortunately it's not even authentic baklava, very stale and flavourless. Do not go here, you'll be sad you bought it.

Make sure you communicate with them very well (in arabic and english) about what you want and what the final charge is because they will overcharge you on items. We ordered baklava and kanafeh and assorted baklava was charged at $20/lb even though on their website they sell assorted on their website at $13.50/lb. What should have cost us $27 ended up costing us $40. Even though it's Ramadan and people should be grateful and nice to each other, I felt that it meant nothing to them and they just wanted to charge unfairly because it's the season when most people are buying. As for taste, Kanafeh was decent and not too sweet as well and reasonably priced. Try both types! We liked them. 8/10. Baklava was old and mixing a lot of flavour and sweetness. Overly priced too. 3/10.

When I called to order she yelled at me for asking a question because she had another customer in person. Then I went to pick up my order and they didn’t add enough syrup for the large size and when I asked for some more she yelled that sugar is expensive! So unprofessional definitely stay away!!

All the goods were fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. A very good value. Staff was friendly and helped me out getting what I needed and even provided sweet boxes and organized them all to look eloquent and presentable. Limited parking out front, but as I stated earlier, good product.

All the dry pistachios and nuts felt like it is not fresh or below quality, it has a different taste. I don't know exactly why? This is the first time I am having Baklava from here in local store. My cousin bought a baklava tray from Toronto and I loved it, so I thought I will try some locally but little disappointed.But you will fell for it because of the way it is displayed in the glass box.Also from the store make sure you communicate properly because sometimes you will not get the way you order. For eg I order mix baklava for 30$ and when the final bill came as 47$. Because of the love for the sweet I didn't get into a conversation. Also keep in mind if you mix they will charge you $20.99 per pound. Means they charge flat even for even 12.99$ item. So it is better to buy each item independently by weight. Keep in mind even if you tell the order clearly and think you are getting, probably you will be wrong. So ask carefully and ask price each time.They seems like they understand the order and that is not what you get ?. Also it seems they might not like people from other ethnicity as they where not that friendly. May be I felt like that.
