★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After many months of just looking at this store and smelling the fresh baked goods, I finally walked in there today. I walked around the store very briefly and noticed there were no prices… it is a cash only store. I think knowing the prices is justifiable and really common sense.
I asked the lady behind the counter if there was a price list or a website with more info. I told her it was my first time in the store. She was helping a lady (a Filipino) who was purchasing some items and pretty much ignored me; she didn’t acknowledge me at all and so I walked out of the store.
It’s so disappointing to know that this store only caters to its own kind. She was rude and had absolutely no customer service skills. I am utterly disappointed and appalled at how unaccommodating this store is to someone who isn’t Filipino. I actually enjoy Filipino baked goods a lot but, will never walk into this store again. I also know their products are sold in other stores and will not be supporting them.
True, they will continue to be successful as their community will support them but, what you sow is what you will reap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their cooked foods are expensive (not sure about the dry goods as I buy from another merchant) ...they give small portions for the price you pay! To be fair, their palabok is very good, but again for the price you pay for it, you get just a small portion. Their staff is not very friendly either!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sent by my Filipina wife to get pandasel,I am a white retired male. I rang the bell and recieved no service. My wife said write a review.We are new here from the arctic to pastor a church in our retirement. Sad we were given a recommendation from Costco to try this store. My experience was not good and we will not recommend such behaviour..On the plus side all the Philippine people in our quattro building are so friendly.
