β β β β β This is the worst shipping service I have ever encountered! Driver came to my house, didn't knock on the door, didn't ring my door bell, didn't even attempt to "deliver" it, but just left a "sorry we missed you" notice straight away on the door knob and then left, asking you to pick up 8 km away. Mind you, it was an elderly lady waiting for the parcel at home all day. I don't drive, nor do I have a car. What kind of delivery is it? Where is your heart? Mind you, this occurred at 12:06PM September 16, 2021, and we were home all day!
PS: Oops, the same Purolator dirty game happened again on December 29οΌ2021οΌ
