The customer service at this location is terrible. My friend ordered a package for me to pick up at this location through Amazon. When the package arrived, Amazon sent my friend an email and clearly stated that if he wants to authorize another person who doesn't live at the same address to pick up the package, he may sign the form and give it to the authorized person. We followed the instruction and I brought the form, my ID and master card which I used to pay for the package to this location on Wednesday. The lady there was new and she said she wasn't able to deal with this kind of situation and asked if I could come next time when her Manager was there. I said okay I would come on Friday as I was busy on Tuesday. On Friday, before I went to the location, my friend called in to confirm that the Manager was there and the same lady said that a girl who has been working there for 5 years should be able to help me. Again, I went to the location to pick up my package with all the form and paperwork. Right after I walked into their front desk, the two girls (not the lady I talked to in the first time) refused to give me the package. Here is our conversation: The girls: No, we don't deal with this Me: My friend called this afternoon and the girl said that your Manager would help me. The girls: My Manager said that we don't deal with this and you supposed to show up during her working hours 9 to 5. She works 9 to 5. Me: The girl didn't mention about the hours and I work 9 to 5 in Downtown. Are you asking to take a day off just to pick up this package which supposed to be picked up during my convenience hours? And please read this form from Amazon. The girls (after reading the form): This is Amazon's problem, it is not Canada post's problem. Me: But this is an Amazon pickup location???????? The girls: No, we can't give you your package. After all the efforts and calls my friend and I have made to Amazon, Canada Post's head office and the Manager at this location, I was able to pick up the package. We had been talking to at least 5 customer service rep to get the problem resolved. The Amazon guy even escalated the problem to his Manager to get it resolved and they said they didn't understand why Canada Post made it so hard for clients to pick up their packages. I was mad at the inconsistent procedure 1 time , but I was so frustrated at their customer service 10 times. They should be trained better to deal with different types of situations. They also should learn how to be nice to clients, not just say No and they don't deal with it. What a point of them being there but they can't help their clients? They could have provided me the instruction in their end and I would not be as frustrated. Their answers totally showed that they lacked of knowledge of their own procedure and totally don't know what they are there for. Such a incompetent team but acting like they know everything and allow themselves to be rude to the clients. I was okay with the first lady as she admitted that she is new and she didn't have enough experience to deal with the situation. But the two girls in the second time were horrible terrible. I would avoid this location at all cost.

Theres plenty of parking spots available. I had to purposely add this canada post to yelp just because I had such a great experience. Long story short I ordered some clothes and it got shipped to the wrong address. Luckily the address i had it sent to was not home and received a pick up slip. As soon as i realized i called and spoke to someone by the name of Linh to ask if they could keep anyone from picking it up with the slip. She was so amazing she let everyone know and was so nice about it when I came to pick it up I had no issues what so ever the associate already knew what to do because everything was written in the notes. Amazing customer service!

I've lived in Vancouver for a couple of years and I run a small business that uses Canada Post for shipping. I've been to quite a few different Canada Post locations but I recently moved to Surrey and thought I would just drop off some of my packages for delivery at this location. Right off the bat, the woman at the office just looked at me (not even checking my package) and said "no". I was taken back and didn't know what she meant. She then said "I have the right to refuse service and your package isn't packaged properly." And sure, I understand if the packaging isn't up to their standards, they can refuse the service... But the thing is, I've shipped at least 500 of these packages at multiple locations before, with the exact same packaging, no difference whatsoever. But she just took one look at me and said no. Not sure what that was about, but I am pretty disappointed with this location. However, I have had great experiences at every other Canada Post location (Just not this one.)

Scam alert!!! Tried to mail something flat in a regular letter mail envelope, was told that it didn't fit in their 2cm slot so I had to pay extra stamp?! From what I learned, if it doesn't fit, you gotta do parcel. So I was skeptical. Moreover I pre-measured my mail at home and it was 1.5cm. So I took it to another Canada post nearby (just to test). They accepted my mail without any extra charge or stamp!! Not to mention the woman at this first Canada post I went to tried to threaten me that if I didn't pay extra stamps, the mail may bounce back when it arrives at the centre!!!

Very poor customer service. An old east Indian lady was so mean to help returning a package. I had to wait for 10 minutes for nothing to be done.

Pretty busy yet very helpful staff. Canโ€™t say for others, but Iโ€™ve always got great service here. Yes, itโ€™s a busy place and you can be in lineups. But they are the only ones in Guildford area open till 9pm weekdays!

This is just for the post office of this Pharmasave. One of the worst and most weirdest post office experience I've encountered for the last ten years! The Asian woman - manager (I assume, because she talks like manager, she looks like who can speaks Cantonese.)was trying to make me difficult to receive my postal package although I already showed to her my passport, the mail notice sheet, and the exact same address on one of my official letters. Giving stinky faces and talk bossy won't make you credible or trustworthy! I can't trust your service, I'm a first-time customer at this place. How exactly I can deal with someone who only wants to pick on me? I'm not sure where your anger comes from. Canada Post already listed out Even a different person could pick up the mail as long as he or She shows an government official ID and the exact same address as the receiver! Not talking I am the person who purchased the order! Important note: She arrogantly refused to take a look at the letter which has my address on it. She just kept talking harshly in a manner that doesn't treat me as a customer! Keeps arguing and basically ignoring to spend at least a few minutes examine the address on letter and my id as a professional postal office employeeใ€‚She just avoid serving me without providing further suggestion! She kept on insisted the name on the package is different from the name on my passport. That's because I want to protect my legal name when shopping online! As long as I showed the exact Right address and my official IDใ€‚ She should provide assistant during the process, definitely not insulting me. She was just trying to look like "professional" and talk like how She rulesใ€‚ I can clearly sense she has hatred against asian people, even though she is "Asian". She is truly good at mocking and behave cold-heartedใ€‚Really funny is she "patiently" served the Caucasian woman behind meใ€‚ She gave me an impression that she arrogantly wanted to "keep" my parcel for herself. I know what exactly is in the parcel because it was my purchase, so who gives her the rights to doubt my intention?

Had a really bad experience with this Canadapost on 11th Jan 2021 at 6.30pm. The old Indian lady at the counter was rude and unaccomodating. She pulled at the sticker of my parcel and removed it then told me she cannot accept the parcel. I had to by tape from her and then re stick my parcel. I have seen most Cansda posts help their customers out, not try and force a sale. I have never had a bad experience at a Canada post, but this lady went out of her way to annoy me. I would never go this Canadapost again, the Guildford mall Canadapost has much better staff.
