I got a card to pick up my shipment but it contains a wrong name .
She refused to hand over the item and she ignored me while i was trying to explain that this isn’t my mistake and beyond my control
She never wanted to help by correcting their mistake or hand me my item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! Was told by Shaw to return our equipment at any canada post office, they wasted 30mins of our time while we waited for a tracking number. Employee had us switch our items into their box so we threw out our bag. At the very end, the employee at their canada post register tells us we have to pay for the box.when we asked for an empty bag to return the items into, he started yelling at the elderly male in his own language. This is so rude and unprofessional, and in the time we were there we were reminded 4 times that they’re closing at 6pm. We had gotten there 5:30pm. They can close their shop as per their timing as we won’t be coming back and highly recommend not wasting your time to walk in and get cursed at in another language.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s my third time on this location. I came at 3:40pm and need to send a mail to Service Canada Center, before the staff do her closing and close at 4pm (Saturday). The counter staff (woman) is nice and helpful. This branch open Monday to Saturday. I feel good sending and receiving my parcels here than going inside busy mall.
Good location and 5 star costumer service. ??

I can't speak to rudeness or not, the transnational and speed of my interactions don't give me much basis to judge.
No issue picking up packages. Except when my I am not left a pick up slip by my local courier. But that becomes a problem at all Canada post locations.
It is located inside Golden Top Computers.
