★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At Canada Post office located in this pharmacy, I had the pleasure to meet Karen today. It was wonderful to see someone who really cares. Karen listened carefully to my request and resolve the problem in minutes. She took extra steps to make sure that Post Canada office does not make the same mistake that they already did. Many thanks Karen, you are the best!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typically great service, though last year we had an issue when we tried to get our flu shot. The young lady at the pharmacy offering to immunize our children was very stern, informing me (in front of our children) that our 5-year old needed to stay very still, and if there are any issues we could go to fraser health to be immunized. We had no problems in previous years, immunizing her every year with the flu shot, and she was very calm. After this experience however, our daughter seemed spooked by it, not wanting it at all, and when we tried again at a family doctor, she still refused. Fraser Health upon repeated requests, would not immunize her since she was 5 years old and not younger. I hope the pharmacy will take a more gentle and child-friendly approach as Fraser Health did it so well for us in prevous years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get all my prescriptions here and the staff and pharmacist are great. They will fax requests to my Dr. and are very helpful and knowledgeable. Conveniently this location does compounding. Another plus is a Canada Post outlet. Great neighborhood pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are friendly, knowledgeable & want to help. The pharmacy is always very busy but they have consistently made me feel comfortable & not rushed. I also like that they seem to have things throughout the week on sale- a stick of deodorant on the Monday, Kleenex on the Tuesday, they change it up quite often & I appreciate that. I will be back again & would recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking a time for a vaccine shot with the pharmacy assistant who became a bit rude towards the end. Even though I was put on hold 4 times, they seemed bothered that I took too much of their time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in asking for a free test kit and even before I completed my question, a rude white male employee with a beard blurted out from the back, “We are out! Come back next week!” He didn’t even look up to address me in person, but he knew I was there. The female employee was kind and came up to me to let me know. This place is great in other area but the business needs to address that male employee. He needs to work on his customer service skills as they’re lacking and are not PHD worthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here in search of some replacement batteries for my garage door opener, having struck out at two stores already. By chance I spoke with Jeff, their manager. He stated that he would look, and look he did. First up front behind the till, and then in the mythical "back" of the store. I say mythical because I've done retail work for 10 years, and I know how little there often is. But Jeff returned with a packet of batteries of just the right type. Clearly a return or damaged in shipping product, but it was just the cardboard backing that had been damaged; the batteries were just fine. And they worked just like they needed to. Jeff was quite insistent that I not pay for them, and after some resistance, I agreed. I have no qualms paying for product that works, but I guess Jeff was aiming for something a little rarer nowadays: Excellent customer service. Well done, Sir.
