The people working at this pharmacy are the rudest I have ever encountered. 811 east Columbia St. Unit 1 is the address. I had flu symptoms. I couldn't breath. I was actually buying flu medicine when I was there and the pharmacist new that. I came back twenty minutes too early for my prescription (supposedly) for my asthma. I then was met with a myriad of insults. When I lost my cool after being abused they called me abusive. Three pharmacists actually started yelling at me as I was walking away. It was like they were a gang and I was the prey. Never come to this location. If you were dying they would probably make you wait as long as possible. Extremely unprofessional. I'm filing a formal complaint!

Shirin, Cosmetics Manager is absolutely horrible. She does not help the customers at all and looks inconvenienced whenever you have to ask for assistance. On top of that, she purposely provides wrong and misleading information to the customer so that the customers gets frustrated and leaves.

Have to leave one star but still not qualify. The so called manager Asian guy called Daniel is so rude to decline me using manufacture coupon to buy facial tissue. And i got the manufacture coupon mail. There is no limit for any purchase. What He said was our store have policy that we take one coupon per day. Actually no one saw that "ONE DAY" policy. I believe he couldn't give me because not at all.(you can't imagine that Daniel guy is so shining And one box of tissue couldn't cover his face oil at all).

Let me introduce you to Shoppers From Hell!! I am never coming back to this place and I am even questioning to ever shop at Shoppers!! I received terrible service from an employee named "Arsiema" She asked me the CUSTOMER to restock shelves just because I wanted a refund. So I can purchase 2 items instead on 1 and get the promo going on. Her hatred escalated when I said NO and she charged me double for single item. To dispute it I even got denied the right to talk to the customer service or supervisor!

I witness cashier Arsiema accusing customers of stocking shelves despite that customer showing her there are multiple of the some items on shelve and asking her to check the camera. She refused to listen to her and repeated you are a customer and we have customer doing that all the time. She also accused her of changing the item price, customer asked numerous times how she was able to change the bar code of item as it comes printed from manufacture. She also denies to let her talk to supervisor or manager. Fortunately the pharmacy assistant helped. This cashier complete disregard for customers. I wonder if the treatment the customer got was because she was visibly a minority with a head covering because the some cashier checked me out for the some item without any issues.

Arsiema was so disrespectful one customer asked me to listen on in their conversation. She refuse to return an item that was purchased in the some visit and would not let the customer complain to her supervisor instead told the customer” good luck you won’t get far” when she asked to leave a complaint. I have never been so shocked. I have personally had multiple in counter with this cashier and none were pleasant now I just go to self checkout. I stop shopping at this store but I need something quickly today and went as it was closest store to me.

Your employee Arsiema does NOT know how to treat a customer. She called me the worst customer she ever dealt with when it is her FAULT and MISTAKE not TAKING the discount off the first time. She is unable to acknowledge that it is her mistake and own up to it. She even wanted to blame it on me. She needs to know how to handle a customer. She told me that I was the worst customer she ever dealt with, how is that a protocol within Shoppers? This employee, Arsiema, needs to go through training again on how to handle an employee and own up to her mistake if she goes through one. I don't mind her making a mistake, but blaming it at the customer without checking the receipt first is just wrong. The management of this store needs to know about this and deal with this employee.

I went in yesterday and asked for a mask. The cashier then told me that it was $1.00. I asked to see the sign that there was a charge, or to speak to the manager. I said I'd pay for the mask I just wanted to ensure that was policy first and she was super rude. I paid her the 1.00, got the mask and spoke to the Assistant Manager who seemed to know nothing about the charge for the mask policy. Pretty sure the cashier was running a scam off the front desk $1.00 is a lot to pay for a mask considering the area has marginalized and homeless people who have a right to basic items (like medication) without having to pay $1.00 to get a mask to enter a store like Shoppers Drugmart.
