Lots of underground parking with escalator access to all floors. Multiple seating options and a children's play area on first floor.

Enough social distance between you and other movie lovers. Underground parking and reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope that when the pandemic is over, the stores will start working again, that students and customers will return to the restaurants, fast food, it's a very good place to visit and there are Safeway, shoppers and mobile stores close.
Douglas College and Old Spaghetti Factory are close too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love coming to New west just for a little R&R with the family it’s really becoming a great place to bring family for a day great little restaurant’s and fast food joints and going for a walk down the pier Great job to Councilman and Mayor for the new developments and new shopping . Just a pleasant place to be and I’m just over the bridge and my children love to take the sky train in and everything is clean and convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really neat spot right off expo line so really accessible. Lots of stores and restaurants, theatre, etc. Love the concept and wish we had more of it. Place could use a good pressure wash though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The subway has excellent customer service. The parking lot has ample parking but is hard to navigate. The elevators always smell like urine. Authentic Lower Mainland urban experience!
