โ โ โ โ โ It's a smaller mall in comparison to other malls in Surrey. Has gems such as T&T, Walmart (beware of the checkout lines), Winners, Starbucks, a great bookstore and a cute convenience store. My family primarily heads to this mall for T&T and will browse for just a bit before heading home

โ โ โ โ โ Very nice modernized mall, but the stores in this mall is very boring in my opinion. Winners is probably the only store I like in this mall. But it doesn't really have that much things in stock and it's usually messy occasionally. Good thing is that the skytrain station is near by lol. The interior is indeed appealing but not the stores. It's a very chill and quiet place to go to which is nice, and yeah. I think this place is only good if you wanna study, eat and just hangout. It's also really clean there. It does have some interesting people outside though.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโd give zero stars to this mall if I could. Whoever is the admin to this place is awful. There have been long line ups for passports recently because of the backlog, many people leaving in the next few days have desperately camped outside in the parking lot, in hopes if they come early enough theyโll get a passport before their trip. The admin wonโt allow people to sit down while in line , if chairs were brought while camping out people are forced to store them in their cars before stepping inside the mall. People have to stand for hours and hours from the moment the mall opens till passport services closes. Most people in line will have someone hold their spot and go walk around and shop so the businesses in the mall are likely having higher sales than they would on a regular basis. These people in line are in helpless situations and there are even elderly amongst them. Security guards are ordered to walk around and tell people sitting on the floor to get up and stand, you can tell they donโt want to but they are just doing their job as ordered by someone higher up. Admin should focus their attention on trying to advocate to the government to come up with a better system for passport services so there is less of a back log, rather than on how โunprofessionalโ it looks that people are sitting on the floor. Admin is heartless and I refuse to ever shop inside this mall again and will encourage my friends and family to do the same.

โ โ โ โ โ Was visiting shoppers drug Mart with my Dad when he started feeling light headed. He sat down while I went to the check out. The security guard tracked me down at the till to ask if I wanted him to call first aid. I said he'd probably be okay, finished my purchase, then went back to retrieve my Dad. The security guard was waiting there with him and asking him first aid questions!
That was way beyond the call of duty! We were certainly impressed with the level of care and attention that this man offered to us last night.

โ โ โ โ โ I love Central City mall. It's clean, bright and well designed. All your shopping needs under one roof. A comfortable sitting area out front with benches and tables to rest or meet up with family and friends.

โ โ โ โ โ Really cool mall. Lots of stores and services for all. This is a combination of mall and Simon Fraser University done in a very unique way. There is a very large open air atrium that incorporates natural wood ? tree beams. This is really cool to see alone. The ambiance is nice. There is a nice food court with a good selection of food items. There are washroom facilities available here. There is great access to this place with transit services right beside it, skytrain and buses ?. My wife and I enjoyed our visit here. There is a great park right beside the mall that is really nice.
