★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Cockney Kings, for Halibut and Chips. They're well organized around covid passports, and surrounding procedures. Great friendly and prompt staff. Super prices. Great seafood selection on the menu. It was moderately busy, even at 3:00 in the afternoon . And, - the food tasted TERRIFIC!
Still the best in the lower mainland!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cockney Kings is the Best Fish and Chip Restaurant. Excellent service. Even with Covid and half capacity always busy. Line ups for take out when restaurants were closed and take out only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its quite an experience of everything together in one place. TD Bank,BOM Starbucks, Subway, Save on foods ,Farmasave, Fish and Chips, Bosley's and what not. Pretty busy in the day but quite after 8 .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy place.Very tight for driving.Go slow ! It's spread out quite a lot.Hope you like to walk.This place is not an indoor mall.All of it is outside.Starbucks is pretty busy and so is the grocery store and the liquor store ( far from Starbucks ).
