★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in then walked back out again. I just got really bad vibes. From the Google reviews I read I was right to do this. I think they must have paid someone to write that one five star review they were given. Seemed really inauthentic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get a stack of documents binded with a plastic cover. The man working there was very helpful and made sure I got the type of binding I needed. He showed me an example of what the plastic cover would look like. I went to the nearby grocery store to get a few things for dinner, and my documents were beautifully and professionally binded by the time my shopping was done. Price was comparable to big office supplies stores, no surprises at the register. Very happy with my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to ship something I was returning which I have never done before. The people working told me they would print my label and send it. After it was printed they told me they can’t sent it because the label is a label from the states. I told them Canada post sent me to to them saying I had to send it through ups. They told me I would have to go to the states to mail it and I said I don’t have a passport and it’s Covid the guy I was talking to was already being rude but at this time he replied “ not my problem” I could not believe how rude and unprofessional he was I wasn’t even mad before I was just confused because I’ve never shipped anything. After that I left angry and they yelled at me to pay for the label they printed. Who ever owns this store needs to take their workers through a customer service course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told Amazon FBA not accepted saying because the driver will refuse to pick it up. Went to other branch, accepted with no problem because they care about their clients. This branch refuses service because they are not making big money from dealing with Amazon-terrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot express how patient the team at this store have been with me. I'm not too technical and so when it came to printing I didn't really know what I was doing. They explained things to me calmly and politely without ever making me feel like I was wasting their time. I will now be using this store for all of my business needs.Thank you all, you have helped me so very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came a bit late on Saturday, 10 minutes after closing. The guys still accepted and took packages from me. It was sooo nice of them!!! cuz I was driving from afar didn't want to come back the next day. I really appreciated their attitude (which is rare nowadays ) and would recommend them to anyone. Great service and great people are working there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off a package that was accepted after I asked if it needed anything else and was told everything was set. Well, the package was returned to me because it DID need something else (an invoice that UPS knows about). I returned to this UPS location and asked about it. Owner stated he gets bad reviews if he doesn't accept a package. He is more concerned about bad reviews than properly sending packages. Had he told me I was missing something for my shipment and it would not go through, I would have fixed the mistake and returned. I've now had to pay for shipping twice because UPS lied to get a good review. THIS UPS STORE IS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT REVIEWS THAN PROPERLY SENDING PACKAGES.

The staff are friendly and quick. If you need to return parcels with pre paid labels, you can just drop off, no need to wait in line. There were only a couple of people ahead of me, so not a long wait. I would recommend this place.
