Minuteman Press immediately accepted responsibility, apologized for the inconvenience and promptly made good on the error. I was most impressed. We will use their services again for sure. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Minuteman for their quality and speedy turn-around time! The staff have always been friendly and professional, and I've always been satisfied with my print orders. My biggest reasons for not giving a 5-star review are the prices and the online setup. If you want to order different types of items (different sizes, different paper type, etc), you'll have to specify in the "extra notes" section, or simply email in your order instead of using the site. In terms of price, the $15 for bleeds and $10 setup are a little steep in my opinion; especially if you're not looking to put in a huge order. I'd rather have the setup fee as a percentage of my total, but that's just my personal thought :)

Was an excellent experience and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick, affordable and painless printing experience. They also showcase some great local artists screen printing! Affordable price.
The lady I met there was so nice to me. I had gone there to print and scan some documents. On my way back home, I realised there was an error and I had to start going all the way back there to do everything from scratch. Fortunately, the lady did everything again for me for free, that just speaks volumes to me??.
Overall, their service is great to me
