β β β β β We received their flyer several month ago and I thought it was a good idea to use the printable cheque. I told them I use QuickBooks as my accountant software and it was the first time I use the printable cheque. In their application form, I clicked the bottom as the area where I want to print my cheque. I never knew in QuickBooks software, the cheque could only be printed on the top of the paper. When so many cheque paper arrived, I found I could not use them to print cheque. I still have to hand writing. It maybe my fault to make a wrong choice by accident. While the supplier should be much clear than me that with QuickBooks the cheque can only be printed on the top of the paper. They should remind me that I am wrong or correct the mistake. Today when I want to order printable cheque from the other supplier, I found the other supplier only give one top printed cheque type in QuickBooks, no any other type. So I think Royal printers is not a very professional company.

We were impressed with the customer service right from the start. I filled out their online quote form, and had a response from Gabe within the hour. They took the time to explain their products, and dropped off product brochures and samples along with the proof. The finished product is excellent; it folds very smoothly, and feels great. The fact that they are a sustainable tree-free company was the icing on the cake for us. We highly recommend their services to any business!

On top of that, Royal consistently beats the prices of every other printer I've received quotes from, on jobs from brochures to business cards to 100+ professional report printing.
