★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE THIS PLACE! All the staff are incredibly friendly, and understanding. I use this business for all my photocopying and mail needs for both personal and my own business. Understanding: meaning they are a receiving center for mail, and sometimes get the wrath of poor shipping instructions- which are out of their control, but do their best to help you anyways. Thank you team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Disappointing. I was asking to check my parcel through phone, they put me on hold for 30 minutes until 5:30 (closing time) just for them to hang up on me. And when I call back, it’s just the automated call saying that they are closed. Waited for nothing.

The parcels seem to be filed accordingly in an orderly manner. It didn't take long for the staff to wrap up the previous client's business and serve me. Within minute, my item was located after inputting the tracking info on the system from the delivery slip I provided.
I was concerned as the previous comments with negative experiences, but today I experienced service as expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a text to say my package was ready for pick up. I checked their hours and they were closing within 15 minutes. I called to confirm and the woman responded "oh if you're coming I can wait for you". When does that ever happen?!

Sorry for the un satisfied customers, however most the comment here is very not related towards our service, customers blaming this store if the driver didn’t deliver their packages and when they come to the location and if not there ready for pick up they thinks it’s our fault, first of all we don’t work for any couriers, we are only a drop off location in this city, and if you wish to go and pick up your parcels in Richmond I will happily redirect there. Thank you

Very authoritative and direct, which is great if the place is busy… but it wasn’t. I went for purolator drop off, so it was pretty quick.
