★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m having a hard time paying my bills and my telephone provider but luckily one guy name SAMiT who work in the souvenir in new Westminster and he explain everything and give me a good deal.
Now I’m happy with my provider and I save lots of money for my telephone bills.
So I can highly recommend this store and look for SAMiT he help you all the best he can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in looking for a smaller size TV, under 32 inch. After some discussion and experiments this store or any other nearby just didnt have anything. And on a time crunch they went above and beyond to find me any store that had what I needed and not being local to the GVA was a big help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store help us all our problems with phone and lines . Now we are all happy with our provider and monthly plans. SAMIT were so good to explain us and give us a good deal and answered all our question.
So if you have a problem with your providers and hard to pay your bills just reached out Samit and he will explain the rest for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an iPad from the source website however they sent the wrong colour. I saw the colour i wanted was already sold out on their website so I tried to contacted the customer service with not much hope.
The lady on phone was really helpful and helped me to call the store in Royal City Centre to hold the correct colour. When i went there the staff (i believe his name was Chris) was very professional and kind. They made my shopping experience from feeling disappointed to feeling happy and satisfied!

Chris was the one who helped me he's probably one of the nicest people I've ever met! I really appreciate how he walked me through everything, answered all the questions I had (lots and lots of questions haha) and even when I changed my mind on a product he was super accommodating, he didn't push me to make a sale he gave me so many options and let me choose so it made my experience very comfortable as I felt I had choice and wasn't being pushed into a sale. He treated me like family was very easy going, highly knowledgeable about the products! He explained the differences in performance of each laptop I asked about and compared them, gave examples and gave me lots of useful information.
He spent so much time with me going through everything and explaining each and every detail. Blown away by how helpful he was! I had the chance to talk to a couple other staff and they were very friendly as well :).
Would highly recommended this location! I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely visit again! I hope Chris is acknowledged for his amazing customer service!! Thank you for all your help today

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an old flip phone. I bought a new plan with new sim card at another store . I was told there was a Bell sim lock on the phone that needed to released by Bell. I went to this Source store because they are a Bell dealer. a salesmen told me they couldn't unlock the sim and that to do it is a really big hassle. But he would sell me a new phone for $79 with discount and match the plan I just bought. Are the salesmen there desperate? Thanks for help and by that I mean nothing. It's not that hard to get a sim unlocked.
