I was impressed from the moment I walked in. Everyone I met was friendly and interested in me. I have used the infrared sauna and found it very relaxing. Dr. Polo is exceptional in both attitude and professional advice. I have lost 49 pounds on her HCG diet in 44 days. Margaret is a professional counselor who I immediately knew cared about me. She was instrumental in helping me get into the correct mind frame to succeed with the diet. The folks in the Pharmacy are warm and caring, they are very helpful to make sure your medicine is exactly what you need. I highly recommend this clinic for all your health needs.

Seeing Dr. Allana has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. She listened to my problems with Ulcerative Colitis and came up with a plan to help me recover and I haven't looked back since. My health has turned around completely since my first appointment back in February. Her and the team at Polo Health are knowledgeable and caring. I am so happy I made the decision to go to Polo health and see Dr. Allana. ?

My partner started a new medication and was a bit unsure about administering it. Pinder made us feel extremely comfortable and took the time out of his day to explain everything to us. He also made us feel very welcome to call him with any concern that we might have in the future. Will definitely be making this my pharmacy of choice because of the exceptional service.

This review is only getting 2 stars because they did get me in pretty last minute, and the doctor I saw was genuinely really nice. Today I came into Polo to see a doctor to conduct a food sensitivity test. I was told when booking that the first appointment would be $195 with another to follow up after the testing was done. Today when I went in, the doctor told me the actual price of the testing. It was an additional (about) $400 for the vegetarian version. I was not expecting to pay around $600 for a visit and test today, and was never told when making the appointment about this pricing, but just expected it was $195 as mentioned when I made the appointment. The doctor said that she keeps reminding the ladies at the front to warm people of this price, so I assume this happens more often than not. The doctor was nice and gave some advice on my stomach issues that are happening, but I was really expecting to get a test out of today for that price. Instead it was just a consult and if I knew that before hand I might have saved the amount it took out of my benefits category for naturopathy for a different service. I’m pretty disappointed and honestly not telling people that kind of price beforehand feels kinda scammy. EDIT The owner of the business (?) called me after leaving this review to try and communicate where there might have been an error. They started off by telling me that it’s the doctor’s responsibility to explain pricing as the front desk staff will not know what test you may end up needing. And that they were training three new front desk staff members that do not have all the training and information yet. This is true, but I reiterated that there needs to be some communication that there will be addiction pricing for tests on top of that initial visit pricing. They agreed and said they would follow up with the front desk staff on how to properly disclose information without going into testing details. Appreciate the call.

I have been coming to this clinic for many years now and have done many different treatments. Dr. Polo is so helpful. Her staff is warm and inviting and I cannot recommend this clinic enough!!! 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!

I don’t have words to express my gratitude for Dr. Polo. She is not only an amazing doctor but also a beautiful woman. I was in her Pound a day program, for which I did two 40 days rounds and lost almost 35ish pounds in total which was amazing for me. I have not only seen a change in my looks but my overall health and mindset around food changed tremendously. I can’t thank Dr. Polo enough. She has changed my life ❤️

I have been seeing Dr. Mawji at Polo Health since October, 2021. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, is motivated to determine the root cause of my symptoms, and treats my symptoms through a holistic approach. I love her approach to medicine and her vibrant energy is contagious. I feel at ease knowing that I am working with a doctor that truly cares about my health. I have also seen Dr. Murray (while Dr. Mawji is on mat leave), and she is equally as lovely! Highly recommend Polo Health!

Absolutely adore this clinic and the whole team. Best ND practice in Lower Mainland (we drive in from the city to New West for appointments!) I first stated working with Dr Allana Polo when I was pregnant - she helped me with treatments for chronic constipation and energy boosters (IVs) She has kept our whole family healthy with immune health for travel and cold + seasons. Always professional, caring and proactive, Dr Polo goes above and beyond to explain and make sure that we feel heard and taken care of. She’s not like a regular doctor where you feel like you’re a number- at every single visit I can tell that Dr Polo remembers my goals and genuinely cares about my unique health journey. Beyond working with Dr Polo, we’ve also received other services from the team of practitioners - a one stop shop for all healthcare needs. We especially love the pharmacy and how easy it is to get prescriptions and alternative health products shipped directly to our home. 10/10 Recommend Polo Health for preventative health support and proactive general health needs.
