I'll sum it up and write this : I work temp so that I can take offs at my discretion, study, anxiety and all the rest of it. That's something I can't do at a regular job. I've worked at Workforce, Express and ES in multiple roles. These ladies call themselves best, because they are. Not because of the systematic way everything is done, which is reflected in the office environment, but because of the result it creates, the small successes that are created for all stakeholders involved, each day and everyday. Five stars from me.

The dispatch team is very professional and I have noticed even when they are very busy they still sort out problems and stay on top of things. The safety team is very responsive and deals with any issues quickly and responsibly. I have never missed a paycheck even when I have made error with paperwork! I get paid daily and work as a TCP and I have noticed their pay is competitive to full time work.
D	Dave Druid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have got various Construction General Laboring Jobs through Best Personnel since last May/June, There is now loads of Work in Construction and Best has so much demand for Construction Laborers that it is No Problem for them to get their Registered Laborers loads of Work when the Worker needs the Work Shifts. And they actually Care about their Workers they send out as if one of their Workers are Abused or Intimidated, they take such Problems Seriously and gives Abusers Just Punishments. Also, they supply various Training an Support for making their Workers better able satisfy their Construction Clients needs better. If only I did not have other PT Jobs & Responsibilities that I have to tend to such as the Victoria Drive Community Hall, I would take several of their Training Courses such as retake Forklift Driving Training and Traffic Controlling. But for my Work Schedule, they are definitely a Placement Agency that I can depend on giving me Work whenever I need it.

However, working for them revealed to me some pros and cons: The pros are: 1. Their pay rate is more reasonable than a lot of temp agencies out there. 2. They sometimes offer left over sandwiches, drinks and snacks towards to the end of certain Fridays. Now, let’s look at the cons, shall we? 1. Some of the staffers are rude to their helpers or labourers by talking to them in a condescending manner and making fun of them. 2. Sometimes, they tend to send you to places where you might be mistreated previously or the places where it may take you almost two hours to commute. I remember one time I was sent to a wrong address as I called back for an inquiry, I got scolded and yelled at for it. I understand that not all the work places are perfect, but humiliating or making fun of people’ s misfortunes is totally unprofessional and degrading to those who are already in a bad financial position. In fact, most people who come to you for work did not choose to work for the jobs like that, but It is just a matter of survival for them. ?‍♀️
