They took half day to get this done due to my massive furniture and difficult place to live but they never stopped working and I was very appreciative. Look no further TRUST ME you WON'T be disappointed. Thank you guys so very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought they would be good based on the high ratings, I was very wrong. They moved really slowly which I thought was them being careful with my belongings but that was not the case. We are still finding damages to our property like huge scratches across all our tables and dressers, chunks broken off speakers, and even a lost item that was never delivered. The manager also way over charged me. When I confronted him he quickly fixed the price (because he knew he was trying to scam me) however he still added a surprise charge that was never discussed in the 3 previous phone calls I had with them about costs. When I confronted them that day about the missing item the manager said if it's not on the truck that means it was delivered. He wouldn't admit that it was possible his movers left it outside or in a hallway somewhere and it was taken. Absolutely horrible move. I'll be spending a lot of money fixing and replacing all the things they broke or damaged in our move. The pictures are just a sample of the damages. I also tried to call their head office, they directed me to talk to the manager who I had told them already dismissed me and wouldn't admit any wrongdoing. Completely unprofessional.

The movers arrived on time, got everything loaded quickly, and even wrapped and taped fragile items like the tv. They were also very friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend them!

They had the most reasonable cost, timely and logistically they made it work without extra cost/hidden costs. They worked hard and I would highly recommend New Westminster Movers.
