Everything was great up until the wedding day, the best man simply sat down on a chair at the reception, the exact same way as the rest of the groomsmen and his pants split right at the seam. It is impossible that they could have ripped had the suit been fitted properly, it truly ruined our wedding , and then we were told we have to pay out of pocket all because of an error that was out of our control. Go somewhere else and don’t risk your wedding being ruined!

I ended up switching my entire wedding from BC to AB with only 2 weeks to replan & debonair (Rafi assistant manager) was amazing to deal with. I have only good things to say. So accommodating, so organized & accurate with the measurements!! & to top it off the suits looked beyond what I expected the quality is great!

They just recently expanded their services to include completely customizable options for every type of fabric, colour and style you can imagine, and if they don't have the options you want in stock, they will get those options special ordered for you with reasonable lead-times. I recommend this outlet to all my friends and people new to custom wardrobe building. Highly recommended!
S	Shereen Mohammed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So at the end of March I went in and ordered my sons custom tux for his grade 12 grade. The initial fitting and customer service was good. We were helped by a trainee and the manager I believe. I paid the amount in full with the assurance we had plenty of time for the alterations when the tux comes in. Fast forward to late afternoon on Thursday May 5th ( 2 weeks before my sons grad dinner and dance) I received an email stating that my sons tux would not be arriving due to a shipping issue and that I could take another jacket (one at initial visit we did not like) or I could get a refund! I was shocked! I understand that it was not the person passing the info to me that was at fault. However I could not wrap my head around the fact that how it was not followed up on earlier especially when the person stated they were having shipping issues. I had paid $800 and made the decision to ask for a refund as I was able to get a local designer get me what I had originally ordered. However it now was costing me $1500. The person at Debonair then stated they could not give me a direct refund on my debit as their system did not allow it and could they mail me a check! I was stunned. I stated that I would need a refund that day and I would pick up the cheque at the store which he did do. The amount of stress and anxiety this has caused me and my son is the worst part. If the backup plan gets messed up due to the lack of time he has my son will have to wear a regular of the rack suit to his grad. Completely gutted by what should be an amazing time for our family. The advice given was very accurate, and after finding my products, which needed a small adjustment, they told me my shirt would be ready in an hour. I paid and left the shop but returned 15 minutes after because a partner of mine was in need of a shirt as well. When I walked in and gave them the measurements of my business partner, they could provide me with a shirt in his exact size. The man helping me checked quickly if my other order would be done as well, and it was ready to go! Now that's what I call pleasant ?

His depth of knowledge, professional demeanor, and the time he invested into our Wedding Consultation made all the difference. Choosing colors, styles, and making decisions on alterations was a breeze as Rafi was able to quickly swap pieces in and out on my suit, as well as on a mannequin for the Groomsmen's rentals. The quality was fantastic, with plenty of choices, and to top it all off, pricing was very reasonable. The entire appointment went smoothly, I ended up buying my suit instead of renting, and I can't wait to come back closer to my wedding date to try it on at the fitting appointment.
