β β β β β Great store, probably the best in the lower mainland for grad dresses. The staff are super nice and patient, they help whenever you ask right away, and respect your opinions while giving their own. They also take their time, while your trying on dresses, to find more they think you might like, to find a dress thatβs right for you, and not overly pushy about it either. I was helped by Angelina, and a few others, they were the best.

β β β β β Out of all the different shops we went to for prom dresses, this far surpassed our experience in customer service. My daughter loved the woman and attendants who helped her in the shop. Meadow has a vibrant personality and helped my daughter make her final decision after two visits. At the end of the day this is a business I will support, and I will send customers to The Bridal Gallery.

β β β β β Right from the moment you walk in, I had this warm feeling that I was where I needed to be, and Iβm so glad my feeling was true after my experience here at TBG Prom.
The staff are welcoming and BIG thanks to my beloved help Lucy, for her patience and affirmations throughout my time there. Despite myself being very picky and particular with what I want, I am so glad I was able to find and purchase my prom dress.

β β β β β I had an amazing experience finding my graduation/ prom dress here! They had a wide variety of dresses to choose from, especially considering it was a little late in the season to finally be purchasing a dress! Alex had done a fantastic job helping me figure out what I was looking for, needless to say, I found the perfect dress! I would totally suggest to anyone graduating and looking for a good quality dress to wear to graduation/ prom! Thank you, TBG & thank you, Alex! <3 :)

β β β β β I had the most fantastic time getting my grad dress from TBG prom! Everyone was so nice and considerate, and Iβm so glad I had X-Esther helping me throughout the process. She was so kind and helpful, and it would not have been easy at all if she was not there. She was so patient with me when I was indecisive about which dress to get and she helped me so much to make my choice! I felt like I had a best friend with me there helping me pick my grad dress ? I would definitely recommend everyone to go to TBG prom for their grad dresses, itβs the best place to go and if X-Estherβs helping you even better ?

β β β β β TBG helped us with the purchase of our daughterβs prom dress! Meadow was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the dresses. She even took the time to come see us at our second visit, even though we were schedule with another consultant! The quality of the dresses are amazingβ¦.and trust me we went to numerous other stores where the dresses couldnβt even compare. All staff at TBG are awesome!! Called back after ordering the dress, as we were worried about the size. We were assured and all worries were laid to rest!!

β β β β β I was completely astounded by how amazing my experience was here. The shop is absolutely gorgeous and has a great selection although the staff make the experience! Meadow worked closely with me through my search and definitely took customer service to the next level. The dresses can be very tricky to tie up and every time I stepped out of the room Meadow was ready to help me tie it up. As well as while I was changing between dressing Meadow was bring me more suggestions, hyping me up while i was in the dresses. I ended up finding my perfect dress. Truly had such an amazing experience here.

β β β β β This was the first and only store i went to for my grad dress. It has a good selection of dresses and very kind staff! I was able to walk out with my grad dress the day of and I absolutely love it. X-Alex was so sweet and helpful. She was also very educated about the dresses(the material, shape, etc.) Overall a great experience!
