★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my first appt at this clinic for Accupuncture. Blown away by Terri's talent in diagnosing and treating pain. Been dealing with neck and back pain for 2+ years. First visit with Terri and she "went all out" and removed so the pain from my neck. I literally felt my tense neck muscle drop instantly from her treatment. Strongly recommend. Thanks Terri for being so intuitive, caring, and knowledge about treating patients. Five stars for Terri!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Shaun has saved my neck numerous times. His expertise and care goes above and beyond! I've woken up with excruciating neck pain numerous times and he's helped calm down the pain immediately after only one treatment. He makes the most out of each 20 minute session and I will always go to him for chiropractic treatments, especially when I have acute emergency situations that need immediate relief. What a life saver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place for treatment. I’ve been attending here for five years and everyone is very professional. Their active rehab centre is also very good and I have had tremendous success with Sabina.
Sabina gave me greater mobility and was able to reduce my lower back pain, which was deemed to be unchangeable and permanent. She is a great listener and very attentive. I highly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. John Dang and Dr. Shaun Lemke from the chiro group and Sophie Joyce from RMT are 100% pros. Whenever I have pain 90% of the time a few chiro sessions deals with the pain right away, usually on the first visit. The other 10% that require additional work, RMT from Sophie has always taken care of it. I moved away from New West but still make the trip to come back because these guys are magicians. I would recommend this clinic to anybody and when I have pain I no longer try to "sleep it off" and just head to this place and have it fixed right away. Totally worth the money. Who has time to deal with lingering problems, this place has the solution

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are a fantastic set of clinics. I've used their chiro and massage services and would highly recommend both. Chiro appointments are ~20 min, while most other providers take 2-5 min only. Dr Alex Lee is talented, friendly, and personable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been suffering from chronic occipital neuralgia and the only thing that has helped has been getting acupuncture and cupping from the very sweet and attentive Dr Koh. She listens to my issues and has been an absolute life saver. Reception is also very helpful and nice. I also appreciate the reasonable rates.
