★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! We reiterated the amount to them numerous times and they still got it wrong, merely because they did not listen and pay attention. Even worse, they argued with such bad attitudes. In the end, we had to pay the transaction fee AGAIN to get 0.50 CAD in cheques. Surely you can't expect your customers to be paying for your mistakes the whole time?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude customer service, upon asking for typical company policies the staff "ganged" up in a group and began shouting at me to look at their privacy policy which has nothing to do with the policy I was requesting. After that, they shouted at me to look online which I already did and the policy could not be found. After feeling harassed, I called the number online to try to find out more information and the lady said every store has their own policies and should not have acted like that. Upon going to ANOTHER location this location put some sort of note on the account not to serve me (new location could not tell me what the note said).
0/10 experience. I am scared to return as the staff will most likely berate me for asking for a simple policy. Avoid this location at all costs. Staff is rude and the customer service is horrendous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first experience with a payday loan from anywhere. I was kind of hesitant at first but Jamie was very open and transparent with me about the whole process. She was kind, friendly, and made me feel much more comfortable about the whole thing. She was more interested in actually helping me out as opposed to hiking up the interest or selling me on some line of credit that I knew I would regret. Overall just a great experience and if I was in the same situation again I would definitely go back.

Come back to get cashed The other worker buts in and say its expired card they used to setup my card and cash two western unions A week.ago. They won't cash two that were sent to me last night they refuse to give me cash money told me to go to Money Mart
This is now the worst place to go to get your money cashed Very unprofessional. So rude
