★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit ever but with very bad experience. I was there for wish pick up. The girl was there told me to come back any other time and call before to come because phone is updating wish app. I told her that I can't come later, then I have been told to wait for 10 min. Finally app works and first time ever I have been asked for ID after scanning the code which I received by email. But later she can't find my package. So it was my last visit to this store. ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my phone in to fix my broken screen. Paid over $400 and when I got the phone back the screen was fixed but my reception wasn't working anywhere. I couldn't make calls or receive calls in my own house. When I brought it back they tried to fix it and couldn't figure out the problem. He said it wasn't his fault because when you open the phone up the seals break. No warning given to me prior to fixing my phone. I was robbed of $400 and he would not return my money back. I do not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best customer experience ever with the owner of this establishment. He was knowledgeable and his service was quick. He fixed both of our laptops in 1 day. I ended up buying a laptop for one of my students for there home use. Price was very reasonable. I was so impressed with his service that I gave out his business card to our staff and parents. I would recommend this business 1000 times over. Great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good honest owner, competitive prices, quick and reliable. I have got to them for all my electronics needs. Has always been straight up and honest about everything I've gone to him about. Usually does what he says he can and if he can't he won't charge you anything. Seems to always be busy at work on something or with a customer when I enter in his store. And now over the years have become one that he greats me by name when I come in. Even his employees know me by name when I call or come in. Good guy and a great store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever give your gadgets to repair , they will make it worst even. Such a fraud people. Took a month to repair the laptop and gave my laptop in a worst condition. It was just a minor issue and instead of resolving it , they made it worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t take your device, they don’t know how to fix anything, that’s why they say you may not get your device back like how your bringing it in. Took my kids iPad for screen repair, cost 300 , had to take it back after month cuz screen cracked again because they didn’t put it on properly, and than they said it was because the battery was bulging and needs to replaced ,they happen to have a battery and replaced it, the battery dies after 10 mins, after 500 bucks in repairs, horrible experience, just bought my son a new iPad from apple now… just take your device to apple, you end up paying more by trying to get these third party ppl to fix it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to dr.tech and needed a new hard drive for a computer I paid $80 for and a cheap Alcatel phone I needed unlocked. Thought I was paying $140.00 with taxes, however, once I arrived the bill was $212.00. I'm on disability and only live off limited income and couldn't afford the bill so paid $170, this was embarrassing in front of other customers. They did allow me to take my devices with me but I owe them $42.00 still. I'm broke for the rest of the month now. Friendly service I just wish they gave me the total I owed before fixing the items. The items do work though and no problems so far.
