★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed them photos of what I wanted and got almost exactly that. Received lots of compliments on my nails. I was very please with the level of care put in. Pricier than other nail salons. No coupons or deals that I am aware of. Overall a happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The website and sign in the store both said it’s $30 for acrylic nails yet when nail technician (who I believe is the owner) charged me $57 for plain white acrylic nails. When I asked her why it cost that much she brought out a calculator to break the pricing process. She basically said she charged me extra for shaping, buffing and painting my nails... which doesn’t make sense considering that’s exactly what getting acrylic nails entails.
Reasons why I will not being going back:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom and I have been going to Vision for eyelash extensions. Vicky always does our eyelashes for us and we have had no problems with them, and they always last us for a month. She knows exactly what to do and I have recommended plenty of my friends to her and they all love her. 100% recommend Vicky's service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment in advance, took them 15 minutes to get started. Came for an acrylic removal only yet the lady kept recommending I do some sort of polish. She assured me the gel would be quick (she allotted her coworker 15 minutes to do all of the painting) resulting in uneven, bumpy, carelessly done polish. Expressing my frustration, the lady didn’t speak a word of English. Since I was in a rush I couldn’t get them redone. When asking to speak with someone else, she immediately blamed me for rushing the lady and that was why it looked bad. Definitely not returning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have started going here for my nails. Price is decent $40+ tax for a new set. They do put time in doing the nails. However last time I went there, the lady was doing my nails and in the middle of doing them, she got up and left to paint some other customer’s nails when someone else was doing her pedicure. I had to wait 15-20 mins knowing that I was in a rush and I already had an appointment made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not one to be rude or aggressive in reviews, but the treatment of customers here is disgusting. Whether they're new or 10 years loyal, they're just another dollar for the owner. The girls are amazing, Anna in particular is an absolute darling. But the owner? She's a terrible human all around. Who says they're busy while shopping on their phone when a customer asks to speak with them? Who makes their customers cry and then makes excuses? She does. The nail work is good, though sometimes incredibly slow for some of the girls. Though it can also be terrible. I've seen some not-so-great results. They overcharge at random and I refuse to ever go there again. My family used to send customers their way, now it'll be the opposite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly and amazing!! This was my second time getting my nails done from this place and they haven’t disappointed me. Also the extensions last for about 3 weeks and upto 4 if u take car of ur nails. Also, they are very gentle with the nails and while applying extensions too.
