J	Joy Reyna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heather was exceptional during today's visit. I called last min for a Mani and Pedi and they were able to accommodate me. Lucky for me I had Heather. She was very meticulous with her work, and as a perfectionist myself, I could tell she wanted her work to be perfect. She did not skip the extra little steps, she was very patient and I appreciated her efforts even though it took her an EXTRA HOUR after closing! Thank you for your service Heather and its because of you that I'll recommend this place to my friends and fam :)
S	Susan Bailey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my nails done at this salon with a shelac nail polish within 2 days they were chipped i went back the technician rushed to fix them, within 2 days chipped again went back a second time technician took a bit more time but within 2 days chipped again. I will never go back again. very cheap nail polish and inexperienced staff. I was not impressed

R	Remmiya Rajeev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope the owner of this Nail Salon reads this review I would have given a NEGATIVE STAR rating for this Nail Salon as I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Purple Nails. Last week I called to book an appointment for me and my daughter. The lady on the phone booked the appointment and confirmed the appointment is booked on 30th April @ 4pm. She took my name and phone number as well. Today, I called them to confirm my appointment as I didn’t receive a courtesy reminder call from them. They said there is no appointment booked for me at 4pm today. The lady didn’t even apologize nor came up with a solution to accommodate me, instead she sounded as if it was my fault that the appointment is not showing up on their end.
T	Taya Korotash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my eyebrows powder ombré and it was a really good experience Kim did an amazing job at making my thin uneven eyebrows even and easier to do while doing my makeup. Definitely would recommend seeing Kim for your eyebrow needs. Thank you ?

Kim was great and was super accommodating to my sister's needs, who had previous brow tattoo work done a long time ago. Kim was able to adjust the shape of it and completely cover the poorly faded colour underneath, just as my sister had hoped for. She works quick but thoroughly, and was very understanding when my sister had to reschedule her touch up appointment (which is included in the already affordable price!). Thanks Kim!
M	Monika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly despicable service and management by Purple Nails. We had an 11:45 appointment for two pedicures and two full sets and we showed up more than five minutes early. We got seated immediately but no one attended to us or told us there would be a delay; we waited more than 15 minutes before I asked if anyone was going to service us. Then another 10 minutes passes until one lady finally comes to start the pedicure and tells us it would be another 10 minutes until the second pedicure would start. Two other customers who had appointments after ours were seated and serviced before us. At that point we decided that we weren’t going to wait further. The lady who began working on my nails was the only one who was attentive enough to apologize and it wasn’t even her fault to begin with. No one person, not the owner (who didn’t have a care in the world to acknowledge us, let alone apologize), nor the receptionist showed any lack of concern. Running behind schedule is normal and it happens, but the courtesy of letting your customers know that there’s a delay is really not that difficult. It should be our decision if we want to waste more than 30 minutes of our life soaking our feet in cold water, not the unprofessional staff’s at Purple Nails.
