Randy and his staff continued to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in a financial bind that seemed to be getting worse, so I sought financial advice. At the time, my credit was still good but I was struggling to make payments. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with a debt consultant that cost me money and time. Afterwards I still did not know what to do or how to go about fixing my finances.
The turning point came when I called Randy West from R. West and Associates. As desperate as I was, I had been burned before and I was obviously very skeptical. He was able to tell me in 10 minutes what took 4 months to find out on my own. After fully explaining what he can and cannot do for me, he told me what was best for me in my situation. My situation was like walking into a fox’s den and then someone simply with some integrity, telling me I didn’t belong there.
The only thing I have for this man in return for his integrity and his commitment to simply providing excellent financial service to his customers, is my full honor of respect and gratitude.
I believe Randy West is a man that will stand for you in your financial crisis and give you the precise service you need. As gimmicky as that sounds, it is simply because of my encounter with Randy that gave me the ability to find the foundation I needed.
I am proud to say that I have cleared my debt with my creditors. The turning point was based on that first 10 minutes of Randy finding out what my situation was and showing me what could be done. He never stopped trying to help, to see if he could help further and still providing good integral advice…. Amazing!!! ….and for that I write this review for R. West and Associates. I do believe these are people you can trust.

West & Associates Inc. as the service is friendly, the atmosphere is not intimidating, and Randy's expertise is second to none. If you need any assistance in debt restructuring or bankruptcy, I highly recommend this firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had spent almost a year researching which best Trustee to go to. Had a couple of presentation, however, staff was really vague. Most websites don't even give that many info. It all left me anxious, overwhelmed. I came across Randy West's website and from the get go, write up intrigued me .
Our 1st meeting with Randy was just amazing. A no rush, over 3 hours of conversation with him left us with a huge sigh of relief.
He made the process so seamless , his fees are great: Randy West went above and beyond speaking to entities on our behalf . He keeps up on every little detail and if you gives you a time he will call you back -- you bet he does.
His office staff are a delight and Randy is an institution of resource. Please utilize his resources and get your life straightened out. We did .

In about an hour I learned the various possible solutions and then Randy told me of another organization that may better suit my needs. I was so impressed by the service at R. West & Associates. Randy called the other organization while I was there to help me and I did end up going to the other one only becasue it was the right decision as He recommended.
I had already spoken to a couple other organizations before R. West to get basic information on Consumer proposal process and was pressured to do sign up with them quickly without a consultation like the one I had with Randy. I recommend going there if you want Quality, Honest and No pressure solutions to financial crisis. Hard to find this kind of service anywhere these days. Joanne

Form meeting #1 randy and his staff were so welcoming and made me feel like part of the of there family. I was so nervous about everything but randy and Gigi did an amazing job of explaining everything down to a level I could understand. Randy and Gigi were have changed my whole world when it comes to how to not dig my self back into the whole i dug my self out of. I suggest anyone who needs a great team of advisors for your financial future use R. West & associates.
