★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently made the 12 hour drive to purchase Specialized ebikes from the Port Moody store. Norm in sales was more than helpful, especially in facilitating our payment while the new online moneris system is being installed. Ryan the bike tech is brilliant and can help you with just about anything, even setting up the computer stuff on the phone app for us. Only complaint is that we live so far away that we cannot use their expertise on a regular basis, though Ryan is always available by phone if needed. Thankyou guys - it was well worth the trip, even with the snow and heavy rain most of the way home. And the bikes are even better than we imagined. At 75 and 70 we now plan to mountain bike until at least 80yrs old !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bike store to shop at. I have bought several bikes and serviced them at this store over the years. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They have a good selection of quality bikes to choose from. They are active in their community, running a number of different workshops/events through the year. My only knock is the parking is not the best as they have limited spaces and are often a busy store. I always recommend this store to people looking for a bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was for the most part VERY pleased with the service they were able to provide. i came in on a random weekend, turns out they had a 20% sale in the store. so i test rode a few bikes, on the spot they built one up for me to test ride and i bought it. was able to save over $500 on the bike and accessories i got.
only downside, i had assumed from previous experience that when you buy a bike, they help fit the bike to you. this was not the case and they did not offer any sort of adjustments. not even setting the seat height which surprised me. other than that, go buy a bike from here.

The other staff I worked with when Chris was with other customers (Sebastian and Luciano) were wonderful as well. I really recommend Caps for their fantastic customer service and can't thank them enough! The prices are good too and they do have sales!

My dad bought me my first bike here when I was a little girl and I haven’t been anywhere that offered such AMAZING service. The team was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and they even took the photos and a video of me on my new bike! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a bike.
