This malfunction happens fairly often for the past several years and still nothing has been done to fix this “offline” issue. I would normally give 2/5 stars for my recent visit to Toysus Coquitlam BUT Patrick has turned my mad experience to a very satisfying one. He was very calm, patient and very apologetic about this “offline”’issue when clearly was not his fault at all. He took the time to resolve the issue and knew you exactly what to do. He was very friendly, professional and helpful. I hope the management team would also give Patrick the recognition he serves for his outstanding customer service. Thank you, Patrick!!!!

It would have been so embarrassing if I had gifted it . Employees need to be more careful when picking out toys for curbside pickup . Now we are on a tight schedule and I have to somehow manage to get to the store and they open at 11 and that will set us behind for the whole day .

Had to get a last minute present but taking my kiddos into the store would've been a bad idea. I called the store to see if i could pay by phone and have it brought out. The man i spoke with said no and that online ordering is the only option. This would take about 30-45min to confirm. Then i called the curbside pickup number and a lady named Cathy answered. I asked her the same question, she agreed to bring the toy to the front and even offered to come watch my kids while i run in and pay for it. Cathy saved the day, i got the present, a little girl was happy with her new stuffed teddy and everyone lived happily ever after. The end. Thanks Cathy for being a good person and providing what i call great customer service! ??

R	Richard Krahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. All I can say is wow. I have not been to Toys “R” Us for over 20 years. And I guarantee I will never go back. My son received a $25 toy for Christmas, that didn’t work, and all I wanted to do was exchange it for something else in the store. We drove all the way out from Chilliwack. Which is a 1 Hour Drive only to be told that we couldn’t do any exchange without a receipt. We never got one and the lady was not nice about. I am severely disappointed. Even Canadian tire has a better exchange policy. I will not support a corporation that has such poor HR. Go to your local toy store and support the small business. Bunch of balogne. We left the toy at the store and walked out. Not even an apology.
