Delivery was arranged according to my schedule, with updates every step if the way, and I didn't have to lift a finger as they replaced old with new and took away the trash. These are the opposite of heavenly as by the middle of the night it’s like sleeping on a block of wood. That’s $250 down the drain. Don’t be fooled. It’s buyer beware as the store will not accept pillows as a return once opened. Do not recommend.

The first sales-person that we interacted with was extremely helpful, and made sure we got the best deal and were set up with all the information we needed about our new mattress. We were trying a new type of mattress, and were a little worried about what would happen if we didn't end up liking it. He let us know about the 100 day exchange policy so that we felt secure trying something new. After a month or so, the mattress just wasn't right for us: we went back to Sleep Country, prepared to explain and argue why we needed to exchange the mattress for a new one, but were pleasantly surprised with the lack of resistance or pushy sales tactics. This was a different sales-person, but he was just as helpful. After he heard the situation, he helped us make sure we knew which mattress we wanted for the exchange, and processed everything without delay, and minimal extra charges. All in all an extremely smooth and comfortable purchase experience, on both occasions.

He took all the time required to help in selecting a replacement. all worked out great, no fuss, no muss. Delivered in a few days and now we are sleeping pain free! Worth going to a store that specializes in the products they sell.

They DO NOT have the 2” and 3” Purple Hybrid mattresses to try. So don’t waste your time going there. Purple is a fantastic mattress, so try them out!!!
