★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here for all my new puppy needs over the last few months and been very happy with everything, however I noticed today that the dry kibble/freeze dried meat mix I purchased on Saturday (and was opening this morning) has a best before date of December 2021. Not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PetSmart in Coquitlam has some really cool policies. They allow people to bring their pets into the store and when you get to interact with peoples friendly pets it makes people like me very happy because the pets are already happy to be in a pet utopia kinda place that when they see you and you go up to them you get to see them at their happiest. It puts a smile on my face. Great job PetSmart!! I can't wait to return to your store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my senior dog in for grooming and he saw Lori, she is fantastic and seems so kind I never seen my boy so soft and he looks absolutely adorable. And he got the cutest bandana
Shes going to be my go to groomer for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very standard pet store. Very well staffed and cashier move customers out quickly. Cashier has plexiglass for safety and protection. Very airy and plenty of space for shopping for those pet food and accessories. Reasonable amount of parking available in the plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mona G really made our Rudy feel safe through his grooming experience. It was tough on the little guy but she was patient and compassionate. She even took mini breaks to help ease him into it. Thank you to Mona for our handsome lil one. You did a fantastic job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had fish for 30 plus years I went to buy fish from this place twice twice I was told by a young adult that they couldn't morally sell me the fish I'm asked questions constantly there but not helpful questions like what would I like or can I get you something even if I just wanted to eat the fish who cares the customer is always right it's a fish
It's a beautiful store it has so much potential the tanks are awesome there's so much of everything it's got a large large selection. I think maybe if the staff were to clean the fish tanks instead of interrogating customers it'd be a nice place to go

But the girls that work there, still don't know my name.
When the girls see me every time, they just say........
Hey you, how are you?
A new product they carry, meant for: "Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, Birds".
Comes in many colors.
I just got purple to match, the plastic bottom tray of my cage.
I think this product is awesome.
Non breakable, non chewable, attach nicely to any cages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmm, I have mixed feelings about this place. The place is great, lots of variety, lots of friendly staff, and quick checkouts.
Problem I found was that the animals that are sold there, definitely not a proponent. And some even were “on sale”, definitely not right. I think it’s one thing to sell pet items, it’s another to sell pets themselves… and the live pet department is small, why not close it down?
