★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been shopping here for a few years now, and I can't believe I haven't done a review. No one is more deserving of 5-stars than Karen, Jay and their team. We love shopping here. Auntie Karen and Uncle Jay (as your fur-kids will get to know them as <3 ) are two of the genuinely nicest people you could ever meet. They're also incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition, supplements, accessories and anything else your pet might need. Well worth the trip out to Port Moody if you're elsewhere in the lower mainland, or if Maple Ridge is closer, they have a second location out there. I can't recommend them highly enough and my words don't even come close to how much we love Bone & Biscuit Newport! Tell them Onyx and Leo sent you =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to buy raw food for my pupper. I found this location to be a great store with a good selection of products. It had local owners (Kyle and Jess) that were very knowledgeable about the products they carry. They even had low sodium dehydrated sardines because some products contain too much salt for our furbabies. Ended up buying food, treats, and toys!Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay and Karen are really kind and fun people. I highly recommend getting your pet food and supplies from here. The store is always well stocked, and they carry high quality foods. My dog is pumped when he gets to go to this store as he knows Jay or Karen are going to give him a treat :)

They carry high quality food and brands including my fave Ruffwear and you will never have an issue with anything because if you do, they will take care of it! This is a place that is worth your business and making the switch to them.

The owner and his employees (sorry didnt remember the names) are ALWAYS super caring full of advice and have a very wide range of products at affordable prices, we buy all of our raw here and always get recommendations of sales they are having and always gives us tips when we dont know what we need exactly even good knowledge on supplements for your dogs needs. The only pet store that you may learn something from coming into. Always support your local stores because they will go much much further for you and actually try to help you save on what we all know is expensive but we want whats best for our dogs health. TOSHI THE SHIBA APPROVED! (And they can be picky!)
