Had to know my rating of this place down due to the last couple experiences I've had. I use to love shopping here because the staff were always helpful and friendly and the seemed to have the items in stock I needed. The last two visits weren't as great. I went in last week and they didn't have the dog food I needed in the size I get. I asked when they would be bringing more in and was told yes at the end of the week. I went back today to grab the bag but there still weren't any in stock so it was a wasted trip based on the information provided. I thought okay no problem I'll find someone to ask about when they would get it in but trying to get help was a true test in patience (which I admit I failed). I got to the store and saw one staff member working outside on inventory or something and one staff member working the register when I entered the store. My frustration started after wandering the store to find the dog food they said would be in stock not there. The frustration built when I found only one of the next three items I needed in stock so out of 4 items I stopped to pick up only one was in stock. I wanted to find someone to help me with the next arrival dates for the three items but the fellow working the register seemed completely unenthused about being there and didn't have the greatest customer service skills going. He was helping one person, had two other folks waiting in line and me looking for assistance. All he needed to do was acknowledge the other folks or go get the other staff member but he just didn't seem to care about what was going on. The other staff member did pop into the store at one point but just looked at everyone waiting around then went and did something then went back outside. It was at that point I put down the basket with the one item they actually had in stock that I needed and walked out. I mentioned to the gal outside that she may want to pop into the store to help out because they just lost a customer. Why does it seem that customer service is so lacking in places now? It's not hard, you smile and greet folks, if it gets busy you let folks know you'll be with them as soon as you can or you go get the other staff member to help out then you help those who need it, tell them to have a great day and your done. This store failed on all fronts today.

Needed to get some fasteners for my kennel. The girl at the counter helped me find it and allowed me to try it on my kennel first before purchasing it. Will visit in the future.

Lots of products packed into here, prices seem about the same as most other pet stores. There are lots of treats to test with your pet. Also, if your dog/cat doesn't like it's new food, Bosleys will take it back and donate it to SPCA. They also do the 'buy 10 bags of food get one free' deal, which is great because you WILL be buying 10 bags of food! Assistants are extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent staff lots of knowledge. Their return policy on foods is amazing. I wash my 2 dogs in their dog washing tubs weekly. Its like a spa for dogs with all kinds of shampoos and Conditioners and it even comes with dog treats and towels I highly recommend this store

Perfect place to bathe your dog. I didn't even know this place existed until my buddy told me about it. $10 plus tax and they provide shampoo, towel and dryer to fully bathe and dry your dog. At the moment only one person can bathe their dog at a time because of the space restrictions but that's fine. I will definitely be coming back to this place to bathe my dog there again.

This Bosley location is fantastic! I have been coming here for about 2 months now after adopting my little kitty Kiki and have been very happy with the service and the stores selection of products. Taylor is my go-to associate in the store. She is one of the nicest sales people I have ever come across. Her patience and knowledge is amazing and as a new cat dad I would be a little bit lost without her helping me. If you're looking for any pet needs, this is definitely a must place to visit. My dog has a ton of allergies to different meats/added ingredients and Bosley's is one of the only places that carries brands of food she can eat :)
