D	Desarae D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a spa appt for my little poodle and I’ll be coming back. Conveniently located new breweries dog friendly ice cream shop at rocky point park. Nice trail to walk! Not to mention the ladies are AMAZING
P	Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog loves the daycare and boarding here, the staff do an amazing job and he always comes home happy. The problem is with the grooming, we had Kristen- I should have said no since all the nice photos on their instagram are from Chantelle and Myeisha, but Kristen didn't understand how to do a traditional Bichon cut with a round face and instead completely shaved his chin and missed spots all over resulting in us needing to do a bunch of touch up work at home...plus he was super anxious when he came out and had no interest in playing with other pups or us which makes me wonder if she was rough with him. In addition, he still doesn't look good and it was $100 for grooming vs the $65 we normally pay at Barker Barber. I'll keep going for daycare, but never again for grooming.

I would always call about 2 times while he’s there to make sure he’s okay because I get rlly anxious when I’m not with him. Everytime I call them, they’re so patient, and kind. I definitely recommend bringing your dog here. My puppy Milo loves it there so much

The staff are constantly talking about either clients or their coworkers in a negative way and they don't stop complaining even once they see me or the other shoppers. There is a blonde woman who is so negative I can't believe she works there, she seems to hate everyone considering what comes out of her mouth. I went back because they had products I liked at reasonable prices, but I've decided I'd rather pay more by going somewhere where I feel welcome and have a positive experience. I hope they don't treat the dogs that poorly.

As he is elderly and arthritic I was so worried it would be too much for him. Worried in vain as he was so well looked after by his Aunties and Uncles A little monster for most groomers but not Uptown Dog. They cut his nails no problem, neither groomer or pug was traumatized. I 100% recommend Uptown Dog. And the staff are friendly and caring. Thank you guys champ and fiona

Unfortunately, he did not do well in this particular type of environment so we did not continue with the daycare service. We remained as customers at the former "Raw Bar" and Murray St. locations. We enjoy their retail selection of interesting dog chews, treats, and toys etc. I took him in for his very first professional groom today and was quite impressed with the results, even though he was being quite difficult towards the groomer. I appreciated the honest feedback and the groomer did a great job even with the challenges.
