★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started to bring our young dog to emBARK in May 2021 and have had such a positive experience. The facilities are very clean and spacious, but most importantly the staff is incredible. Our little guy has some separation anxiety issues and emBARK has worked very hard to help Jack settle into daycare and we are incredibly grateful. We highly recommend emBARK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I figured I must write a review for Joanne for her excellent service to our Pomeranian puppy. We were visiting Coquitlam from Calgary and there was one day we needed to place our Pom at Embark for daycare service. Our pup was usually a bit nervous every time we brought her to daycare. But when we got her into Joanne's hands, it only took her 2 minutes to warm up and jump around with other puppy friends. She was so exhausted when we brought her home that she just slept until the next day, so we knew she had a blast at Joanne's place. Joanne did not even charge me for the daycare service as she considered it was an assessment for the puppy on her first day. What an amazing service and dog caring owner! I would highly recommend this store for daycare service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 4 month old puppy absolutely loves going to daycare! The staff are so friendly and kind, the facility is clean, I can leave Zoey for the day without a worry in the world. They complete their due diligence and ensure all shots, licensing and flea treatments are completed before your puppy attends. I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love Embark Daycare!! Started taking our puppy, Charlie here after his last round of vaccines. He was pretty nervous for the first few weeks and so was I. But the staff were always so kind and made sure to create an environment that Charlie felt safe and secure in. Now, after a few months, he is always so excited to go to daycare!! We've really appreciated the attentiveness and personability of the staff. Brit in particular has always been so kind!!
