I've taken my pup Jasper here a few times now over the years and I've always been really satisfied with the service, price, and quality of the work. Jasper always gets compliments on his haircut too which is a plus! There was a bit of a misunderstanding today, but it was cleared up immediately and they were very accommodating which I'm really appreciative of. Price is extremely reasonable compared to other groomers, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Will continue taking Jasper here for years to come, and will continue recommending this groomer to friends, family and colleagues.
K	Kelli C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shaved off my Shih tzu’s hair and left her tail alone. I just asked them to trim around her face. She barely had any hair left. My Maltipoo on the other hand was barely touched because he was apparently very naughty.
U	U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well.. before and after. Not to mention that she did not pluck any of the hairs inside her ears or shave the paws cleanly. My dog also had clumps of hair in her eyes. Charged 68 for this, when she mainly did shaving. Worst experience I've ever had with groomers.

The new couple is nice but when I got home I noticed that my maltese had a small but thick cut that had dried up blood where her body meets her leg. Mistakes happen, which is fine, but I was not made aware of this when I went to pick her up. They did a decent job otherwise, but I did notice the hair around her ears was a bit messy. I think I might start looking elsewhere for her next cut.

Our guy formed a great relationship with the lady who ran the place and her husband, even though he was scared at first / tried to bite her. When she told that she was retiring and selling the business we were admittedly concerned, but the couple who took over have done an excellent job! Both our dogs (we adopted a 5 month old puppy in January) were visibly more comfortable and had no paw hair left to get anything stuck to –no more licking in the middle of the night! I highly recommend this groomer and we will continue going back since it's so hard to find a groomer this detailed.

R	Rodrigo Madrigal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If this is your only option, you better buy an $14 hair clipper from Amazon and do it yourself at home. Our Puppy's haircut was terrible! Uneven and basically, "ugly", Lol. My dog is just 4.4lb - and 5m/o, trained, calmed, and quiet; I doubt they struggled managing him. It's a shame, since staff is very nice and the place is clean and in an accessible location. The price is average, and there are more groomers if you travel a bit further. Thank God their fur grows again.
s	samantha leung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked this place thinking they were the most reliable groomers I’ve gone to since this grooming appointment was for my graduation photos which my dog would be in. Found out they had changed ownership. The previous owners were lovely which is why I liked going here and understood and were accommodating. I told the groomers what I wanted, showed a picture and told them it was for my graduation photos so it was important. When I came back, I was visibly unhappy with my dogs haircut and did not like the look. The groomer said she was difficult, but I’ve brought her to 4 other groomers, even if she was difficult she still looked great after previous appointments . The owner did not care I was unhappy and was almost frustrated because it would be hard to cut the other dogs hair if the dog became dry in the bathtub. She did not provide any accommodation and did not even apologize she was just frustrated. My dogs hair is unevenly cut as shown, her face is not what I wanted (picture for reference of what her hair was supposed to look like) and her sanitary area was not cleaned. My other dog the poodle her ears were unevenly cut and her sanitary area was not well cleaned as well. Now I have to book a last minute appointment and pay another groomer to fix her face before photos on Thursday. It is unfortunate because I really liked this place and didn’t mind paying extra and going further to come to this groomer but now I would not recommend this place to my friends.
